As per the App if you upgrade ur plan u will be eligible for Amazon Prime. I had done the same but it was saying that u r not eligible for the same. And if your network/Wi-Fi issues mean you’ve effectively been providing me only ~40 Mbps for the last 3 months, then why am I being charged for 100 Mbps? Charge me according to the speed you’re actually providing. If you can’t deliver 100 Mbps, either refund the difference for those 3 months or adjust it in my upcoming bills. And one more thing, @reliancejio can you provide me a 100 Mbps connection at the same location? I’ve already shared my state and PIN code with you via DM. Please confirm if Jio Fiber/AirFiber is available here.
