@airtelindia it's been ages using Airtel services but never ever had faced any issue. As per the App if you upgrade ur plan u will be eligible for Amazon Prime. I had done the same but it was saying that u r not eligible for the same. Called up the CC they had no answer help 9899871363

@airtelindia Very disappointed with Airtel DTH service. You cannot force customer to upgrade to Xstream/HD, as Airtel does not have stock of SD set top box. Digital TV ID - 3000759311. My issue is still unresolved.
