    I am not getting internet from 14th July at my @airtelindia broadband 0359211651719_dsl.Informed ground team on 15th eve,they assure me to give services by 16th. Today the team came and told me that due to high power this issue arised and assure me that by today eve, it will work

    @airtelindia I switched to Jio on this kind of your service, "Service Update:Due to a technical issue you may experience disruption on your Airtel Xstream Fibre.The expected time to resume your services is 21 Jan,5PM. We apologize for the inconvenience caused." Many on Queue!! 👍

    My Airtel postpaid SIM is not working since 23rd March. No airtel center in Gangtok. Do something @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , I am paying my bills for last 2 months without using the number. Unable to do any banking transactions. Please arrange to send new SIM by post.

    We should burn down @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . They give us 1.5, 2.0 and 3.0 gigabytes per day and can hardy use cuz of the shitty network, ******* ripping us off. Let’s all burn the ****** down. #airtelindia

    Before buying a broadband connection, ask one question: "Who do I contact when it stops working?" Because that's when the real customer experience begins. 3 days and counting no fix on wifi and just fake words tomorrow they will do it. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #Amravati

    @pradhnitin @airtelindia Yes . Very poor network coverage of @airtelindia especially in past one month. Facing problems both with voice and data. My complaint was closed as resolved after six days . In fact on Tuesday data was showing “edge” no 5G or 4G

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I have raised complaint# 4511378493 regarding the international roaming charges applied twice of ₹698+ taxes on my postpaid bill without my consent. I followed up 3 times but didn't get any resolution. Very pathetic services.

    @airtelindia Airtel has reduced the 5G speed to 30-40mbps only for prepaid customers after introducing priority postpaid scheme/fast lane service. Prepaid customers have been cheated.
