    My Airtel postpaid SIM is not working since 23rd March. No airtel center in Gangtok. Do something @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , I am paying my bills for last 2 months without using the number. Unable to do any banking transactions. Please arrange to send new SIM by post.

    I am not getting internet from 14th July at my @airtelindia broadband 0359211651719_dsl.Informed ground team on 15th eve,they assure me to give services by 16th. Today the team came and told me that due to high power this issue arised and assure me that by today eve, it will work

    @airtelindia I have been calling customer care for the last 10 days to cancel my Wi-Fi installation request, but it hasn’t been done yet. Nobody can process the request for some reason. The payment has already been made. Please cancel the request and refund my money immediately.

    Time to switch to a network provider that doesn't think we are infants needing constant reminders of our data pack expiring after every call and every few minutes. @airtelindia is just harrassing at this point. Is Jio or Vi better in this regard or are they the same?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Why would I have to suffer WiFi disconnection every day? Yesterday 8 hours today 5 hours expected time. I've lost 5 of my leaves relying on your service in the past 30 days alone. You won't refund for the missed days. Can't reach your TM without AI.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your engineers - two of them came home - and said in five mins the WiFi will come back and we have been waiting for 5hrs since. The engineer whose number was sent via sms says he’s not the engineer for our area. The issue is not resolved yet. Pls kindly look into it 🙏🏻
