    I am not getting internet from 14th July at my @airtelindia broadband 0359211651719_dsl.Informed ground team on 15th eve,they assure me to give services by 16th. Today the team came and told me that due to high power this issue arised and assure me that by today eve, it will work

    @airtelindia #Avoid Airtel int roaming Inspite of various complaints my problem was not resolved and I had to still pay an exorbitant bill of over 12000/.They gave me a number which does not exist and claim that I dialled it while I was in Canada. Thenthreatened disconnection.

    @airtelindia i am facing 2 challenges since the last 3 days: 1. Broadband internet is down and no service provided. 2. Internet on postpaid number is very laggy and is unusable. No resolution from support either. BAD SERVICE!!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Today an Airtel agent came to my house to ask for a 3500 rupee bill that it has accrued over the last 3 months. I never asked for the sim, and I was allowed to remove it from my family plan through the Airtel app without any explanation about the new 999 plan it would be charged.

    Strange that @airtelindia do not have customer care department if you call 121 or 198 from your airtel mobile number you have no options to talk to customer care only automated bullshit you have to listen
