    @airtelindia I switched to Jio on this kind of your service, "Service Update:Due to a technical issue you may experience disruption on your Airtel Xstream Fibre.The expected time to resume your services is 21 Jan,5PM. We apologize for the inconvenience caused." Many on Queue!! 👍

    We should burn down @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . They give us 1.5, 2.0 and 3.0 gigabytes per day and can hardy use cuz of the shitty network, ******* ripping us off. Let’s all burn the ****** down. #airtelindia

    My Airtel postpaid SIM is not working since 23rd March. No airtel center in Gangtok. Do something @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , I am paying my bills for last 2 months without using the number. Unable to do any banking transactions. Please arrange to send new SIM by post.

    I am not getting internet from 14th July at my @airtelindia broadband 0359211651719_dsl.Informed ground team on 15th eve,they assure me to give services by 16th. Today the team came and told me that due to high power this issue arised and assure me that by today eve, it will work

    Hi @AirtelIndia, @Airtel_Presence after relocating my Xstream Fiber, the old router hasn’t been collected. Customer care couldn’t help. Please arrange pickup or confirm if I can dispose it. I don’t want disputes later after i have discarded it

    @airtelindia I am on 1 year unlimited 5G plan and now after 2GB speed goes down heavy around 0.5 MBPS, I was working previously and my Area have strong 5G internet... No support worked nothing working... Don't sell the **** that you can't deliver.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Broadband complaint logged on 2nd May under ticket 11029493799, but not a single call or update from Airtel till now. Pathetic service and zero customer care..You only care about bills and money, not customers or service. Extremely disappointing.

    @airtelindia I am receiving same standard mechanical reply since 23.04.2026. Received no real help for my problem. ONLY FAKE AND FALSE ASSURANCE.
