My Airtel postpaid SIM is not working since 23rd March. No airtel center in Gangtok. Do something @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , I am paying my bills for last 2 months without using the number. Unable to do any banking transactions. Please arrange to send new SIM by post.

I am not getting internet from 14th July at my @airtelindia broadband 0359211651719_dsl.Informed ground team on 15th eve,they assure me to give services by 16th. Today the team came and told me that due to high power this issue arised and assure me that by today eve, it will work

@airtelindia The company is promoting 5G like anything but they can't provide the services to the existing customers in a proper manner. I don't have proper connection in my Airtel broadband and raised complaint many times. Literally thinking about on switching to competitor.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’m running iOS 16.2 Beta 2 on my iPhone which comes with 5G support for India and I also have the 5G settings on my device but I haven’t been able to use the higher end network even after being in a supported 5G Plus area. Please revert.
