    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Internet is not working since yesterday, I brought this into notice to my local airtel distributor but it’s always a habit to not to receive calls on complaint number they have provided. They always want us to call several times. Can you help?

    @YourbroRishabh @airtelindia feels like a scam based on my experience. 1 month, multiple complaints, zero resolution. Service requests get closed without fixing the issue. Even as a postpaid customer, I haven't received the promised priority/Fastlane benefits. Extremely disappointed.

    @JioCare shame on you. How you frustrated people. Your customer care say lies. The jio fibre wire is break from past 3 days. I will remove this type of frustrated service. In a month mostly the connection remained break. @airtelindia Please start provide service near my area.

    Everyday getting minimum 6 call to recharge the broadband w** is going on I don’t know Airtel can’t inform or any message from their side as a solution didn’t receive! dear @airtelindia do the needful on priority im done with daily calls

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Platinum customer already having multiple postpaid connections in family. Requested for 1 postpaid account disconnection on 27th Jun'26. No confirmation so far Seems like Airtel is more interested in selling add-ons but not help someone disconnect

    @IndianTechGuide Hey @airtelindia, what kind of joke is this? 🤡 You raise plan prices, call it "Unlimited 5G", and then silently slip a clause stating we can’t share it via mobile hotspot? If I pay for data, it is my data. I should be able to use it on my laptop, tablet, or phone as I see fit. Charging premium rates just to treat a basic smartphone feature like a crime is pathetic.     @airtelindia firstly your bot is stupid. My 2 month old remote control is inoperational and I've been trying to get this across for a month. Chat says services are under maintenance. Take the trouble, find me if you wish to resolve this issue or I'm porting.

    @JioCare If this issue continues, I'll have no option but to disconnect my JioFiber connection and switch to another provider like @airtelindia . I can't keep paying for a service that gets disconnected almost every day. I expect a permanent resolution, not repeated excuses. @JioCare

    @airtelindia It's been a week since I ordered Airtel DTH & Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi was installed today after multiple follow-ups, but DTH is still pending. Customer care keeps transferring/disconnecting calls. Worst service. Please resolve this urgently. #Airtel
