    In spite of trying to reach @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence customer service, no contact is being made by @airtelindia with me. They only gave me false assurance to solve my issue. Such a disappointment 😡

    @airtelindia i have registered a complain on 10/06/2021 regarding network issue of my postpaid sim. They have close the incident 31-3657952995428 without resolving the issue and now again they are telling the issue will take 8 more days to resolve.

    @airtelindia i am seeing network issues since last 3 weeks near bachupally area, Hyderabad. I see intial communication that the issue wil be solved.. But i see network worse and worse. Do you have any pkan around this? Or please help me if i can proceed legally

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have raised a relocation request for my DTH and planned for today and your Service Engineer came without wire and other stuff and took reschedule Otp by fraud. Pls let me know process to close my dth account and refund policy.
