    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Internet is not working since yesterday, I brought this into notice to my local airtel distributor but it’s always a habit to not to receive calls on complaint number they have provided. They always want us to call several times. Can you help?

    If I had a complaint like this in @airtelindia or @reliancejio then some within 30 min someone must have call and activated my SIM. But @ViCustomerCare is just worse than everyone else. I am sure that within 14th May also the SIM can't be delivered.

    @airtelindia what exactly is going on with your internet services? Again the internet is down. This has now become a regular issue and it is seriously affecting work. At this point it genuinely feels like Airtel has made a complete joke of customer experience. ID 01119981483_wifi

    Airtel black r u professional ? I asked for relocation of WiFi at Delhi on 02 May and today it’s 10 May We are without WiFi inspite of calls to your customer care and floor managers. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    . @airtelindia definitely has one of the worst services! I moved from Blr last month and ofc I had to terminate/cancel my Airtel WiFi subscription. I very nicely raised a ticket and sent an email - because guess what there’s no option to directly cancel. I waited for their call back - nothing! Then the month ends and I ofc did not recharge the WiFi bill bc hellooo I ain’t using it anymore- and I’ve been getting call from Airtel representatives like clockwork daily!! I very politely asked them first 2 times that “ma’am I raised a request to cancel my connection, and I’ve received no support, please fix that first , as I have a prepaid plan and I don’t use the WiFi anymore I am not recharging again!” One of them said, “ sure ma’am we’ve put the complaint and let you know” , another one said “ma’am we don’t have cancellation services” - are you kidding me ??? What am I supposed to doooo??
