    @Being_Humor @airtelindia Unka sirf advertisement chalta. They will create a ticket, close the after one month by telling issue resolved. I have many tickets for that. Move other network.

    @airtelindia Are your stores serve only for prepaid customers? Visited a store in my place for sim issue and we're told that they don't work for Postpaid customrs.What postpaid customrs should do in that area? Is this the kind of service you r providing to Airtel Black customers?
