@airtelindia my fiber connection was down for 3 working days. Sr. Request 130818836..For a 1 day bill payment delay the consumer is charged 50/100 rupees. I also request compensation for the interupted services.

Airtel BB was down so i switched to my JIO Prepaid. Unfortunately I did not have data balance there. I recharged the Airtel Prepaid number 4 data this time but i forgot its still the old airtel.I now have 3 connection bt still have to borrow my moms phone 4 internet.@airtelindia

@airtelindia Pathetic call service since 3 days in core Bengaluru area. Customer care taking more than 10 mnts to reply "services will be corrected after 10 days" Ridiculous. Do you expect a customer to b out of service for more than 15 days, that too on prepaid.
