    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Internet is not working since yesterday, I brought this into notice to my local airtel distributor but it’s always a habit to not to receive calls on complaint number they have provided. They always want us to call several times. Can you help?

    @airtelindia Took ₹5000 for a 1-year roaming plan. SIM failed after 1 month. Roaming Department acknowledges the issue but refuses a refund or any practical replacement option outside India. 11 months of paid service lost. Supervisor Simple Shivani’s answer: “Not our problem.”

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, what's the point of a tower literally 100m from my window if the vertical beam tilt is completely broken? My phone hooks onto 6CA, but high bands plunge to -125 dBm indoors because the beam shoots right over my roof.

    Plot twist: Raised a complaint 4 days ago. Silence. Enquired about a new connection today. Phone rang within 3 hours. Looks like "new customers" have priority over "existing ones." Interesting business model. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @bhartiairtelfdn

    @bhatnaturally Consumer rights in India is a joke. Every domain, the marketing led by Western consumerism devil — make people fool and squeeze them out. Whether it is OTTs, insurance network connections, the attempt is always the same. Likewise facing as issue with @airtelindia.
