@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Well done airtel you have successfully break the record for NOT resolving issues. It takes 5 min to convert prepaid to postpaid but you need 15days to convert postpaid to prepaid and still not resolved. Waiting for your response.

@Airtel_Presence Kudos @airtelindia.You never fail to disappoint. The landline is dead and broadband isn't working.Your customer care service is total ****.Upon calling the number it asks for options(english/hindi,etc).Sadly it cannot recognize the user input after 100 tries.

Omg! Why @airtelindia is been too much disgusting cellular company!? In every 10mins it's network coming-going, even no number for customer service, why lacking of convenience? If it is not solved within 24hrs, I will start criticising and will port my 10 airtel connection. 😠
