    @airtelindia I am facing slow internet speed in my area. I've also complained for this issue one week ago but stll not resolved yet. Reference no 31-3244312677309 I am your platinum customer. Slow internet is affecting my work badly. Please look into this on priority basis.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal We are Airtel user ( CUG). No one care for us and very difficult to speak with customer care advisor. We are facing some network and billing issues but no one is there to attend us. representative linked us with airtel not attending.

    @airtelindia I want to get airtel xstream fiber connection at my home. I booked order for this, can you tell if it will be possible or not my home. Your service is already running in my area and the distance of Airtel Fatbox from my house will be around 200 to 300 meters.

    how ridiculous is your customer service @airtelindia, I had a simple disconnection request, how hard can it be to process. why am I being offered different offers, after outright rejection, and even after 20 minutes of call, call gets disconnected

    @airtelindia - please help. Have swapped from a physical sim to an eSIM. My physical sim has been deactivated but the eSIM has not been activated. I’ve waiting at your store for an hour and half now! Surely you can do better

    It's a very pathetic condition to resolve the internet issue with @airtelindia in Guwahati City specially in prime location khanapara. Airtel Coustomer service is also very poor in Guwahati as of now. Why did you plan to start the downfall ?

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have tried to remove the dth connection that was paired with my wifi, the service just shows suspended, I want it to be completely removed and the dth device picked up.I have tried reaching to the customer care, but no human is in the loop, help

    Dear @airtelindia, Your team stopped my services last month itself for non-payment, but now you are forcing me to pay “due amount” again for deactivation. How is this fair? If the service was already stopped, why should I continue getting charged every month?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have opted for Airtel Black and there has been in numerous calls since the connection has been active to merge the connection to Airtel finance. WHY???? It has become so irritating that Now Wish to disconnect the service. STOP.
