Prashant (@prashant726) reportedDisappointed with @airtelindia broadband. Constant outages (mins to hours) & absolutely NO human customer support. The AI bot just books a ticket with resolution date after 10-15 days, and repeat same ticket no on further calls. Service is getting worse day by day!
