Team, I recharged with 100, it was failed and failed amount not refunded yet. And these happened due to your poor application service. Unable to complaint this issue at same time because we can't directly contact to customer service representative. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Yesterday got your Airtel Xtreme fibre connection, In less than half an hour of installation the internet went down in the evening since yesterday raised the complained and contacted the installation engineer. Was told it was a mainline problem.
