    @airtelindia Dear Airtel,Sorry to say word but in this time your service is very poor in Kanpur Dehat pin code 209301 Uttar pradesh india.I had take plan of near 700 but due to network is not properly working so I am wasting of our plan also daily data.request to help for WFH

    @airtelindia I am facing slow internet speed in my area. I've also complained for this issue one week ago but stll not resolved yet. Reference no 31-3244312677309 I am your platinum customer. Slow internet is affecting my work badly. Please look into this on priority basis.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal We are Airtel user ( CUG). No one care for us and very difficult to speak with customer care advisor. We are facing some network and billing issues but no one is there to attend us. representative linked us with airtel not attending.

    @airtelindia I want to get airtel xstream fiber connection at my home. I booked order for this, can you tell if it will be possible or not my home. Your service is already running in my area and the distance of Airtel Fatbox from my house will be around 200 to 300 meters.

    @SheetalPronamo @airtelindia @airtelnews prepaid 5G services, to which I have subscribed for a year, hardly ever works in our area! I have to use 4G almost all the time as 5G only works intermittently and is totally unreliable. This has been going on for months now without any solution in sight!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i asked for ip tv and paid 500₹ on 12th May, it is 24th may- after many follow ups on 121 - still no luck and false promises- i have asked now is for refund and cancel my request to ipTv. Service request nos- 4510440778 #verybad support

    @airtelindia recd this message Sorry for the unintended ordeal. Please be informed that we have raised a ticket with reference number #31-1000013826976 to get your issue resolved on priority and the same will be addressed as soon as possible. Issue still not resolved

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence using the airtel xstream from a while now , I own a gaming cafe and Relying on single Connection only but in every 2 month i face the same network issue, literally pissed with the service engineer isn’t aligned yet, Complain has been open from 3 days

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, Wi-Fi has been completely down in my area for the last 10 days. This is unacceptable service. I expect this resolved immediately AND a 15-day extension on my validity to compensate for this massive disruption. Please fix this. #AirtelDown

    @airtelnews Shame on @airtelindia . Calls don’t work, internet barely works, and complaints get closed without confirming resolution. Instead of fixing your pathetic network, you are busy selling PRIORITY 5G dreams. Stop fooling India and fix basic services first. #Airtel

    @beebomco In our area, still tower shutsdown on power outages. Also, we get 5G siganl with max 5 MBPS indoor and below 100 MBPS under the tower. Also, temporary network issues about 4 hours weekly once or twice. That’s how @airtelindia PRIORITY works in my area
