@airtelindia I am facing slow internet speed in my area. I've also complained for this issue one week ago but stll not resolved yet. Reference no 31-3244312677309 I am your platinum customer. Slow internet is affecting my work badly. Please look into this on priority basis.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been trying to shift my Airtel wifi connection since 4 days, initially they said it will take 24 hrs to resolve the issue, but I think Airtel time runs really really slow that's why even after 3 days they think they still got 24 hrs (sarcasm).

In my area, internet has been working at a very slow speed for a month, when calling in customer care, there is no solution, it says that it will be sometimes take a week or sometimes two weeks. @airtelindia #internet
