    @airtelindia I am facing slow internet speed in my area. I've also complained for this issue one week ago but stll not resolved yet. Reference no 31-3244312677309 I am your platinum customer. Slow internet is affecting my work badly. Please look into this on priority basis.

    @airtelindia I want to get airtel xstream fiber connection at my home. I booked order for this, can you tell if it will be possible or not my home. Your service is already running in my area and the distance of Airtel Fatbox from my house will be around 200 to 300 meters.

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel,Sorry to say word but in this time your service is very poor in Kanpur Dehat pin code 209301 Uttar pradesh india.I had take plan of near 700 but due to network is not properly working so I am wasting of our plan also daily data.request to help for WFH

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal We are Airtel user ( CUG). No one care for us and very difficult to speak with customer care advisor. We are facing some network and billing issues but no one is there to attend us. representative linked us with airtel not attending.

    @Rahulchetry1992 Probably I too should shift to @reliancejio JioFiber. This @airtelindia black is a complete ****. Despite several complaints, they chose ignorance every time, to such an extent that they close the tickets even without bothering to call me once.

    @SaffronChargers @airtelindia has essentially confirmed that internet speed is no longer based on network capability, but on socioeconomic classification. Hence the ques. is, if pp users now get “priority” speeds, were prepaid users intentionally treated as background processes this entire time?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Complaint: CAGPS3WST20260529812069 3+ months of unusable network, disappearing complaints, data waste, and call drops. Another delay till 16 June. Taking full recharge money for broken service is unacceptable. Enough excuses. Fix it.

    @airtelindia Requested WiFi closure (11030355706) months ago. Device still not collected, bills keep increasing despite no usage. Customer care doesn’t work & no proper app option to disconnect. Getting a new connection takes a day, but closing one seems impossible. @airtelnews
