    @airtelindia I want to get airtel xstream fiber connection at my home. I booked order for this, can you tell if it will be possible or not my home. Your service is already running in my area and the distance of Airtel Fatbox from my house will be around 200 to 300 meters.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal We are Airtel user ( CUG). No one care for us and very difficult to speak with customer care advisor. We are facing some network and billing issues but no one is there to attend us. representative linked us with airtel not attending.

    My broadband is down since morning. Airtel has very poor customer service. The last time this happened, it took 2-3 days for fixing the issue. I don't think that I would be able to continue my connection if this problem occurs so, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia solve it ASAP.

    @airtelindia I recharged and the pack has 2 GB data, I had a previous balance of 1.5 GB data valid 7 days logically the previous pack should be used first but Airtel has a wonderful system when I spoke to the customer service I was told that the new pack would be used up first

    @airtelindia I registered a customer complaint regarding poor service and no internet at my location, customer representative made a single call and not able to hear me for unknown reason because of your network. Shouting …Customer not responding closing the ticket (twice).

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why don't you provide your technicians with laptops when they come to fix issues? Each time they ask us for laptops with ethernet cable port. No laptop manufacturers provide that anymore
