@Airtel_Presence hello! I am not getting "Airtel ROI FTA Channels" Pack on my airtel digital TV account. Tried to fix it through Airtel thanks app and Message system, even talked with customer care but problem not fixed yet. So please fix the problem. @airtelindia

My @airtelindia prepaid service were cut off due to non payment of previous Jio Postpaid bill on 25th July, however on the same date at 9:10am, I cleared my previous dues with Jio, even after 36 hours, Airtel has not restored my services.

@airtelindia why is that every three months the DTH service automatically goes off and returns after few hours if no complaint is lodged. Earlier, l was foolish 😑 to call CS and a engineer would b dispatched, pay money- all okay! This unholy practice will force ppl.move away
