@airtelindia Once again slow internet if airtel not want to give us speed so why cheat with us really a nonsense telecom company. Always give problem. 10 give speed but now in night it slowdown. Fake premises.

@airtelindia I am a pre-paid customer and find it difficult to raise a complain. Are there mail IDs or any messaging facilities? IVRS is not adequately equipped to serve specific needs of the customers. Hopefully these problems will be addressed to.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence facing network issue since months! Every-time you guys say there is no issue from your end, then what is the issue exactly, call gets dropped, number is always not reachable, voice breaks, i can’t call anyone in one go! This is not what we pay for!!

I'm extremely disappointed with Airtel service. I was operating VI sim for call network and Internet. But there network was bad so I have port my number Airtel from VI. But airtel service is worst. @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In Rural Firozabad, as soon as Power is out , network is also lost. Facing the issue for more than a month. It's impossible to reach your support team over IVR. Resolve this or loose at least 30 village customers.
