    Airtel Network is not properly work in bamitha, Chhatarpur MP last 4 days... 4G data speed works like 3G/2G... Please upgrade your 4G network.. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Many Airtel users in our village Dongchick chowkiyal Drass ladakh facing unable to access the 5g service despite having a 5g active plan and handset. Despite having Airtel tower still not installed the 5g network in above location.

    Shocking service from @airtelindia. Internet down since July 6th. Tickets closed 3x without resolution or my consent. Local team Mr. Nagesh Reddy (9154837111) openly says they won't fix it, while technician Chandrashekhar (9849759136) cuts my calls. Fix this or disconnect my line

    @airtelindia everyone in my town is able to use 5g unlimited data today but on my connection the all daily data used on 5g network and now I'm not able to use internet services, what kind of service is this. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why am I paying for a 100 Mbps AirFiber plan when I'm getting only 11 Mbps? YouTube barely loads, the Wi-Fi range is poor, and your Airtel Thanks app chatbot is useless. I've tried contacting support multiple times with no help. Fix this immediately.

    @airtelindia unable to make / receive calls and access internet from my Airtel mobile network in my home. Incidentally, airtel wifi works fine here. What's the catch? @TRAI

    So I have Shifted to a new flat in Bengaluru recently, and after hearing good reviews about @airtelindia, we got an Airtel Wi-Fi connection. We even paid extra for the UPS installation. It's been almost a month since the payment, but the UPS still hasn't been installed. We've tried reaching out multiple times through emails, but every single time we receive the same automated reply. No actual update, no resolution. You can clearly see: - Payment made on 15 June - First email sent on 26 June - Follow-up emails every 2–3 days - Another email on 7 July - Yet, the same automated response every time. This level of customer support is honestly frustrating. Can someone from @airtelindia please look into this and help resolve the issue?
