    Really disappointed with @airtelindia customer service. Upgraded to the so-called Airtel Black plan for a better experience. Does it take 24hrs just to send someone & fix patchy WiFi? & rather than apologising, the exec. said that I'll HAVE to wait for one day. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I have installed it today and still wifi connection not activated. The man who have installed he is saying we are facing problem in configuration and its from morning. Also the person who have reach at me he is not even picking up the phone. Till the payment he was sweet with me.

    @airtelindia Hi, I have raised a request to port in airtel prepaid 8 days ago and it still has not been ported. I tried inserting the sim but the network is unavailable for verification. please tell me why one should do port into your service when it's getting pathetic?
