    @airtelindia Upon requesting for upgrading to fiber, technicians came over and said it wil be active in 1 day. It’s day 4 and nothing so far and Online school and work is on hold and we are at Airtel’s mercy now. Extremely disappointing, poor service. Supervisors also cannot help

    @airtelindia Your service is pathetic. You never deliver what you promise. My airtel xtream fiber broadband is not working since yesterday night. There is complete internet outage. And the worst part is that nobody is answering the calls or responding to the mails. Broadband ID: 064147265415

    @airtelindia Such a worst service unable to recharge using Airtel UPI. All time getting messages attempt failed .

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Very disappointed by the airtel customer service. My number stopped working almost a week ago which stopped all my works. 2 times Sim Swap didn't work. No response from the Support team. Please look into this issue
