Capt.Pravesh Jauhar (@Captpraveshj) reported@airtelindia I went to the airtel store in Lucknow for porting my BSNL potpaid sim to AIRTEL prepaid. They say that it cannot be done in the store and i need to go to a camp nearby to do that. It did not make any sense that in scorthing heat u are sending customer to a camp.
