    @airtelindia wifi has been disrupted for my entire apartment since 29 July. Resolution date was 30 July, then 01 Aug, 2nd & now 5th Aug. 7 days no internet. Same thing happened in June too. @TheSunilMittal Absolutely disgusted by @Airtel_Presence service. This is unacceptable.

    @airtelindia my net is down since yesterday. The first complaint was lodged at 9.49am yesterday, was assured that tech will visit between 12-1. Next call at 12.45, assured resolution in next 3 hrs. Another call at 5. Assured resolution in next 3 hrs. Was told that 24/7 help a lbs

    @airtelindia - your network has gone to the drain off late. I cannot get proper network in my area, forget about using internet. Same issue in the office location as well. I dont know for what purpose should I use your service. Totally pathetic.

    @airtelindia I just want to close my wifi connection as your customer care persons are very fraud everytime they assure for resolution but nothing has been done. Kindly close my wifi connection as requested in app many times. @bhartiairtelfdn

    @airtelindia @TRAI Do airtel have some problems in giving unlimited 5g internet.I have unlimited plan but still I can't use it since I recharged.Even costumer service is not working. 121 is useless .They don't even bother .

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence WiFi down 15+ hrs (since 4 PM yesterday), Req ID 11036900639. Engineer missed 6-7 PM slot, promised morning at 6:30 PM call - it's morning now, still no show. Escalating to Nodal Officer for redressal. #AirtelDown #PoorService #wifidown
