@airtelindia Facing worst experience with postpaid. Reported n/w issue 2 months back, issue is not yet addressed. Why should I pay for improper service? if we are not paying bill fine is applied, same way bill should be waived off or reduced if issue not resolved @DoT_India??

@airtelindia Useless customer service. Internet issue is not solved for years. Signal strength is excellent but Internet access drops. If the prob is not resolved soon I will port to some other operator. It makes you no diff if one customer is lost. This attitude will harm you.
