    @airtelindia Got broadband, logged in to the a/c and also got the APP. APP or the website doesn't allow anyway to contact airtel for any complaint. And there is no phone number given there either to contact. you just want people to work really hard to contact you ??

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ported to airtel on 3 December. Requested to add email id to my number. It's 3 week now, still not added the email. I don't understand what's the difficulty for solving my issue. Anyway happy to know that this is how airtel treat their customers.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence We dont have time to press multiple buttons to talk your customer care person. In a year I tried once or twice to get some solution from you. Your customer care policies are not good. I should think for better choices.
