    The irony of @airtel recharge is you have exhausted the data and you recharged 49 and it’s not getting activated and there is no way to reach the customer to raise a query @airtelindia. And being it’s 1 day unlimited data and half of the time goes in figuring out this what’s the need of the recharging ?

    Hi @airtelindia Your chatbot to resolve issue is total waste of time. Wifi frequently disconnecting and I am not able to raise even complaint. it 's completely frustrating. Can anyone help here?
