@airtelindia Again customer care executives are unable to help I got broadband deactivated and did not receive the refund of security deposit till now. Followed up many times I am requesting airtel to reinstall the connection, they are again asking for a security deposit.

@Airtel_Life @airtelindia Ticket no 128098208 drd 24.2.21 And 128339128 dtd 2.3.2021 Issue relates to port forwarding and ip configuration. It's shameful that problem remains unresolved but your service team closes it. Airtel service performance needs improvement.
