    @Airtel_Presence its been 2 weeks and couldn’t rectify eventhough u contacted me, hence you proved yourself that @airtelindia is worst service for international packs and couldn’t even resolve the issue that customers raised and facing. #worstairtelservice

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I booked AirFiber connection via some call executive. He said the available slot for installation is today morning. Its been the whole day, i tried calling but no answer. This is such a poor service. I am very disappointed

    @airtelindia I'm an Airtel Black customer facing issue regarding your internet services. Not getting the promised speed on a regular basis for past 6 months. Also your customer care service is crap. There is no way to contact and talk to your representative. I'm severely frustrated. Kindly resolve my issue.

    @airtelindia very bad services from Airtel broadband. A simple complaint for wifi not working is taking ages. Everyday someone calls that is coming but no one turns up. This is how you are gonna retain customers. Complain id 11029180131
