  @deepoberoi83 @airtelindia Airtel can't resolve any issue at Customer service level. They escalate it up and up till it reaches the sky and you keep looking up for the resolution. They repeatedly ask you to DM any issue but no service comes thereafter.

  @airtelindia Have complained about our money deduction twice and not getting any connection yet three days ago. Absolutely no section is taken. So we lost our money and are stuck with no internet. Very poor service. #Airtel5G #CustomerExperience
