    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia : As a customer of 20+ years, i will say that i am very disappointed. I tried calling, send message on social media but no one has even got the courtesy to respond back to me. I thought loyalty from Customer actually means something to Airtel.

    @airtelindia I withdrew money from the ATM yesterday, the money was debited but the cash did not come out. I have filed a complaint.

    @airtelindia Yet again, more than 12 days have passed without any communication or update whatsoever. This issue has now been pending for over 6 months, which is completely unacceptable.

    @airtelindia What is the problem with Airtel WiFi ? Every week it is working on some problem for 5-6 hours, giving the same nonsense answer - some problem in your area. Very punctual to add penalty if bill isn't paid even for a day. What about all these hours lost. Pay us.
