  What a fantastic service by @airtelindia No response for Airtel mobile & DTH even after many repeated complaints. plan to move out. i was actually thinking of activate Airtel Black. But the quality of basic services is enough to judge the overall quality.

  Useless customer support by @Airtel_Presence it is impossible to raise a complaint for broadband issues on the useless "thanks app". On top of that the 121 number doesn't have any method for talking to customer service. I pray that @airtelindia shuts down soon.
