@airtelindia worst service. Don't fall into the pit with their promises. I was promised 100Mbps and after payment installation everything they say 40Mbps is the max speed limit for the broadband. Now chasing the customer service for my refund!! 🙄🙄 #AirtelSucks

Such a bad experience with @ACTFibernet initially it was bad speed, then relocation is frustrating. Customer care not bothered. They promised 24hours but nothing delivered I’m a prepaid customer at a loss. It was a mistake switching from @airtelindia really frustrating.

@airtelindia Your customers do not get SMS facility, until and unless they recharge with an unlimited pack. I do not get good internet service in my location and hence wanted to just keep my SIM activated using validity packs. But this has forced me and family to switch 🙏
