    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Shocked !!! To my surprise i suddenly got complete blank network on my airtel..no incoming or outgoing calls... Rushed to airtel store but the staff says has been facing such issues, no server etc.. Not expected from airtel... Thinking of porting.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Airtel Wi-Fi & TV have been down for 2+ hours. Support says it'll be fixed only by 6 AM, but the FIFA World Cup quarter-final is tonight. This is unacceptable. Restore the service immediately, or I'll discontinue my Airtel connection.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence very disappointed with your services,not only you put extra charges additional to my bill and raise bill after 20 days, network is really bad. Every week or 5 days I have to file a complaint for wifi issues.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Reactivated my broadband on your rep's phone confirmation of Rs.1300/month, but got billed Rs.570 + Rs.1645 instead. Raised complaints via email 3 days ago — emails not going through/delayed, not my fault. Already disconnected & kept hardware ready for pickup. Need this fixed — refund + account closure confirmed in writing. Don't mislead customers and make false promises to sell your services. A/C 10101033112402 (AirtelOne) Timeline: - Apr 28, 2026: Raised disconnection request, paid in full. - Rep assured no billing while inactive, reactivate anytime. - Jun 3, 2026: Called to reactivate. First quoted Rs.1645 (vs my original Rs.1300 plan), I declined and asked for permanent disconnection. - Rep called back and confirmed reactivation at Rs.1300. I agreed based on this. - Instead I was billed ~Rs.570 within 10 days, then another Rs.1645. - Emails sent 3 days ago about this are not going through/delayed. - Service already disconnected on my end 3 days ago. Hardware ready for pickup.

    Dear @airtelindia , @reliancejio, I was an Airtel customer and ported my number to Jio in November last year. I kept the number active by recharging until January, but after moving to the UAE, I unfortunately missed the subsequent recharges, and the SIM has now been disconnected.

    @airtelindia without consent, with no direct unsubscribe option. WiFi support says I must download the app and share my personal details in order to unsubscribe. Supervisor Sumit disconnected the call and refused to register a complaint and the best part is I never subscribed.

    @techyoutbe I got this message this morning. I got @perplexity_ai subscription for 1 year through @airtelindia When I am already in the pro plan why did perplexity ask for card details again? I didn't get it. It says it is mandatory to use card to use pro. I never added my card details in perplexity. I am on free plan. Will Airtel handover the plan to perplexity ie., if there is card in perplexity, pro plan auto renews. if not, it will cancel. or will airtel charge us for perplexity pro ?
