NO seller verification-remediation if customer is duped-help from customer care, we just get scripted answers & have to repeat entire story to whomever we speak at #Flipkart customer care(12/13).

@airtelindia firstly, they refused to cancel it stating we will resolve it but I had work from home so I opted out other local broadband service and guess what they fixed broadband within 4 hours after payment. I had to go in call with manager of @airtelindia customer service
