Go to the Airtel store , they might have to change ur post paid plan for it to work. They changed mine and wallah it magically started working and they did acknowledge that it was their side issue. It’s not apples issue.

I understand that power outages can happen, but a service centre should ideally have a backup solution so that customers do not have to return without getting their work done.
