Similar issues faced in Andhra Pradesh too. 1st thought it was sim card problem & changed it, no use. Then changed mobile, no use! Our office uses @airtelindia CUG. I think it's better to change the network operator.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Fiber ID 7040113009. I was promised by ur sales guy 40mbps & after the payment the installed internet speed was 16mbps,very next minute I had called the customer care 2 cancel&refund my entire money. Dated 27-10-2020. Since then am waiting for refund

@airtelindia Moreover my connection is poor and rarely in working condition. I have been giving multiple complaints over the past few days over the connectivity issue. With dwellings coming up in thousands in and around Bachupalli you need to come up with better service.

@airtelindia My service request for plan upgradation is pending for months now. Today full day I waited for the engineer to turn up to change the modem for FTTH upgrade and nobody turned up.Very sorry state of affairs. No wonder why the service levels have dropped so badly
