    @JioCare I've already faced issue with jio. Hence moved back to Airtel. Now moving back to jio I'll need to wait 90 days i suppose. However, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia doesn't seem to bother to even acknowledge my issue. Worthless Airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Unable to use 5G internet. I have 5G enabled handset and active Airtel sim card. Network preference opted 5G from the settings menu. Look into the matter.

    @airtelindia similarly on my return on 25 th Oct 2022 again on my transit from Dubai to Hyderabad international roaming charges have been charged without any authorisation. I have called customer care today and requested for reversal as both the instances I have NOT AUTHORISED.

    @airtelindia I've been trying to request for secondary DTH connection against my primary DTH 3028284300-001 Despite multiple requests via 121 they are unable to log a request due to some technical issue. This is very disappointing and am really frustrated chasing customer care.

    @Airtel_Presence ur engineer says we are short staffed and issue will take a day to be fixed. Last week as well the same story today too same story! Last week,was without broadband for 2days.Will it happen this time too? Will @airtelindia nt charge for the days where it cudnt provide service?

    @airtelindia i recharge for 150 rs and 4028 rs on my DTH id 3000728660 and i want a channel but you still ask for money. And customer care does not care about us. They need 4 hours to give a call back. We have ind vs pak match today. Ridiculous you guys.
