Raised complaint & Airtel replied that it will be resolved but it never do anything to resolve but gives routine replies. Worst service.

Go to the Airtel store , they might have to change ur post paid plan for it to work. They changed mine and wallah it magically started working and they did acknowledge that it was their side issue. It’s not apples issue.
