    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews ....tried multiple times for airtel broadband connection but airtel customer care guys saying no broadband connection for small buildings and separate houses...why?? 5 to 6 conns are pending. Even ready to bear extra expenses lk wiring..

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your support agents are dumb *****. I’m already an airtel DTH user as*holes. And you keep calling me if I want a dth connection. Recevied more than 200 calls in last 2 mnths. This is harrassment. Look into it & Put me in DND. Dm for number.

    @airtelindia Since morning my internet is disconnected. Continuously complaining. But no response from technical team. & u ppl say in 2hr u will resolve any fiber broadband issue. Pathetic service. My landline 04046020435

    Airtel help is most unhelpful. Neither the App nor thier website talks about providing help, instead they are only and only interested in payments or mobility to Airtel from other providers. Unablr to get help regarding e-SIM for Apple watch @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I have not authorised and Airtel has done arbitrarily without my CONSENT and This is UNETHICAL behaviour with a bonafide customer. I demand the reversal of these charges immediately with due apologies for putting me to inconvenience

    @JioCare I've already faced issue with jio. Hence moved back to Airtel. Now moving back to jio I'll need to wait 90 days i suppose. However, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia doesn't seem to bother to even acknowledge my issue. Worthless Airtel

    Wouldn’t it make sense for @reliancejio , @airtelindia and all other network providers to allow 2-3 minutes of extra data if - the user’s internet is over - the user came on the official app to recharge A lost opportunity for a recharge that the user could have done.

    @airtelindia My broadband issue (Wi-Fi ID: 04025753646) remains unresolved despite repeated complaints. Service commitments were made but not honored, and my internet is still down. This is unacceptable. Escalating this publicly until action is taken.
