Got my number ported to @airtelindia and the guy who came and ported charged ₹299 as recharge fees but even after successful porting, recharge wasn’t done. Tried @Airtel_Presence Airtel app but that’s the worst app for anyone. It doesn’t have customer number mentioned anywhere.

A new beginning with @airtelindia already feels like a bad decision. Took xstream 999plan, paid for 3 mts on 22nd, installation not done yet. As per pamplet, box worth 3999 comes with the plan, Ravish Sharma told me to look at the fine prints for a 1500 charge. Feels cheated
