    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Unable to use 5G internet. I have 5G enabled handset and active Airtel sim card. Network preference opted 5G from the settings menu. Look into the matter.

    @JioCare I've already faced issue with jio. Hence moved back to Airtel. Now moving back to jio I'll need to wait 90 days i suppose. However, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia doesn't seem to bother to even acknowledge my issue. Worthless Airtel

    @airtelindia I have not authorised and Airtel has done arbitrarily without my CONSENT and This is UNETHICAL behaviour with a bonafide customer. I demand the reversal of these charges immediately with due apologies for putting me to inconvenience

    Got my number ported to @airtelindia and the guy who came and ported charged ₹299 as recharge fees but even after successful porting, recharge wasn’t done. Tried @Airtel_Presence Airtel app but that’s the worst app for anyone. It doesn’t have customer number mentioned anywhere.

    I called multiple times & requesting disconnect of Airtel WiFi & I’m waited on calls for an 30-40min then again cut is being cut & again trying connecting but failed. @airtelindia please looks in this & help in disconnect my WiFi

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your store is also one of the worst and even your system. Nothing fruitful ever comes out of it. I just visited it to get my WiFi issue fixed and saying engineers is not available to fix. Next month I am gonna cancel my plan and move to a local provider. Atleast they will be better than your bullshit.

    Since eight days we are getting harassed by @airtelindia as there is no WiFi connectivity it looks like nobody is working on it to resolve our issue. As I'm an employee who has taken work from home option it's very pathetic.

    @airtelindia Your V5 vendor pays a very low salary and acts arbitrarily; furthermore, no one from the V5 staff responds to queries. I am a field engineer, yet I received an in-hand salary of only ₹22,478 in Delhi-NCR—tell me, how am I supposed to support my family on this? Please Help me

    @airtelindia The Ennore Thermal Project, North Chennai, and surrounding indust areas are major construction and operational hubs with over 10,000connections in use. Despite repeated representations from TNPGCL/TNEB regarding network and connectivity concerns,there is no response.
