Poor Service @airtelindia I raised another request for a new connection and I got a call in 1 hour only and promising to activate within 24 hours then how come no resolution for existing customers till 5 days. Pls, don't go for @airtelindia as don't care about customer experience

@airtelindia I have a billing issue and have been trying to use n call the customer care help line numbers but just unable to connect . It’s a good reason to stay offline and bill extra to your customers. Even during the day time the customer care numbers don’t connect.

Worst network… I have Port My idea card to @airtelindia for better Network and better data speed but it is also failed to give better although it had promised… And whenever electricity has gone, the network of @airtelindia has also gone…..So this is biggest problem for users
