I have called customer care today and requested for reversal as both the instances I have NOT AUTHORISED.

Rushed to airtel store but the staff says has been facing such issues, no server etc.. Not expected from airtel... Thinking of porting.

Speed test: 22.96 Mbps down vs a local 40 Mbps ISP giving 38.37 Mbps on the SAME line. Senior engineer promised, never sent. Had to pay ₹2,500 for alternate broadband just to work.
