    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Now a days ,There is very poor internet connectivity and Internet speed in Awas vikas colony ,Mainpuri (205001) Uttar Pradesh. Kindly pay attention otherwise thousands of your customers going change their service provider soon.

    @airtelindia Why does airtel app blame my phone when the network itself is not 5g network(NSA 5G). I have a Google pixel phone and it supports the hardware requirements of standalone network slicing. Airtel support did not provide helpful response.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am using the ₹979 Unlimited 5G plan, yet I receive daily 50% data usage alerts. I've already raised complaints, but the issue remains unresolved. Please fix this ASAP, or I'll be forced to switch to another network.

    Every few months there seems to be a new rule. Late fees. Restriction. The billing systems keep evolving. But customer support doesn't seem to evolve. Priority postpaid by @airtelindia my nose, they can provide basic service properly.
