They have a bunch of statements which they'll keep on copy/pasting for any or all of your complaints. No action would ever be taken as these customer care executive are also taught to lie on calls giving false commitments. Save yourself from the trouble and opt for @airtelindia.

Airtel is again making customers disappointed with all the network and call drop issues. I have submitted issue on 30th April and given a resolution date may 10th, the network is switched to 2G and still not resolved. Time to switch ? @airtelindia
