    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Now a days ,There is very poor internet connectivity and Internet speed in Awas vikas colony ,Mainpuri (205001) Uttar Pradesh. Kindly pay attention otherwise thousands of your customers going change their service provider soon.

    If Airtel @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia really cares about the customers then carelessness from the customer care officials would not occur and they would deliver the compensations on immediate basis but this is taking more than 2 months. No one feels happy about being ignored.

    Hi @airtelindia I’m totally disappointed by your service. I planned to buy Airtel Black plan.The showroom people insisted me to pay 1501.18 for the plan and for installation and I paid. And then the Engineer reached me and asked about the location details for installation.

    @airtelindia please update your customer service facility. I want to convert my Airtel physical sim into esim. Your portal said that call on 121 and register the mail id with my Airtel number. But from last two days I am continuously trying to call on 121 but not connected.

Sad to see them loosing customer just for ₹1 robbery. It seems that Airtel is back with those old days of unnecessary balance deduction @airtelindia
