  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Now a days ,There is very poor internet connectivity and Internet speed in Awas vikas colony ,Mainpuri (205001) Uttar Pradesh. Kindly pay attention otherwise thousands of your customers going change their service provider soon.

  I've done a 3k recharge recently and my broadband hasn't worked for 3 days now. The person who installed it asked me to raise a complaint on the app, the app said the ticket will be resolved by now. No response from anyone. Pathetic service @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

  @airtelindia Every time i call customer care, they say it will take 24 hours but nobody has resolved anything its been more than 96 hours When is the issue going to be resolved? If this poor customer support is going to be the case with airtel, i would surrender the connection.

  @airtelindia @airtelindia nobody shares a proper response and nobody resolved the issue. This is unacceptable behaviour from a reputed brand like this. The concerned technician wont even attend calls,
