@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Now a days ,There is very poor internet connectivity and Internet speed in Awas vikas colony ,Mainpuri (205001) Uttar Pradesh. Kindly pay attention otherwise thousands of your customers going change their service provider soon.

It's been 3 days since my xstream fiber connection is not working due to some wire cut in my area. It's very frustrating the customer support just tells me to wait i really wonder if they are really doing anything at all. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelbank its been 20days since I am trying to sort the wallet account issue but not getting any resolution. My money is blocked, account is inactive with no resolution so far. Twice the resolution date is extended. Not sure what kind of service it is. @airtelindia @airtelnews
