@airtelindia I have cancelled my Xtreme fibre service still I am getting billed every month. I already asked to cancel it once and paid pending amount for that month but still it shows up in my app as active and getting billed monthly. I am not paying any penny

Thank you @Airtel_Presence Airtel Nadiad team for the quick resolution of the outage. Within half an hour the resource visited the location and for the next 20 minutes the issue got resolved. Impressive services @airtelindia for Xstream broadband.
