    @Airtel_Presence worst service of india is @airtelindia. From morning i haven't seen network in my phone but airtel is not saying anything that why it is happening. @Airtel_Presence is useless they are not able to help any Coustomer only they can make fool of us by this stuffs

    @airtelindia your network is so bad in Mirzapur,UP that I have to put my phone in flight mode atleast 100 times everyday just to get minimal internet. I get full tower strength for like 1 min and then it’s back to 1 tower and super slow internet. Complained 100 times already!!

    @airtelindia is hands down d worst mobile network provider in India. Can’t recall how many times I’ve complained in d past 3-4 years n everytime I hear d same lame excuse ‘Sir tower upgradation is going on in your area’ When the lockdown gets over I’m switching to @reliancejio

    Just switched from jio to airtel . Your service sucks , ghatiya experience no network even in open area . The place where I use to do my work only 1-2 point signal available . Miss you jio Wrost thing is that I can't port to jio again for three months. @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Transferring my T-Mobile (eSIM) number from one iPhone to another takes about 2-3 minutes. Transferring my Rogers (eSIM) number from one iPhone to another takes no more than 5 minutes. BUT in a crappy place like India 🇮🇳, after SMS OTP verification and phone call verification, I am told my SIM requests are arbitrarily cancelled after email confirmations, and I am not even informed. Mind you, I initiated these requests from within an Airtel mobile app. When I visit your store, I am told by idiots that I cannot transfer 2 eSIMs to the same EID on the same day, as it is flagged as suspicious activity. When I asked them to show me this in writing, these low-level gutter scumbags started typical ego battles. How ********? One number is over 28 years old (originally a Hexacom number), and the other has been with Airtel since 2013. The last device change was in 2022!!! Who makes these rules? And now that EID is blacklisted, a one-hour process has stretched to several days, with multiple store visits for certifications! Why is India such a torture????

    @airtelindia @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence kindly look into your recent smart connection aka band steering. It’s creating lot of issues and WiFi freeze which your ground team is unable to fix. In age of AI they are suggesting use of wired cable. Pathetic. Complain#11028611830

    @airtelindia I had installed Airtel Xstream AirFiber and clearly requested for the ₹499 plan. However, the executive showed ₹499 during installation, but now in the app it is showing ₹899 plan without my consent. This is completely misleading and I want immediate resolution

    @airtelindia Is this your Airtel Black service ? My dth is not wotking from two days technitian time of visting was aloted today at 2pm but till the time no one has visited the technician called and asked for code and was try to tell give me code i will only be cisiting in 2 days
