@airtelindia your network is so bad in Mirzapur,UP that I have to put my phone in flight mode atleast 100 times everyday just to get minimal internet. I get full tower strength for like 1 min and then it’s back to 1 tower and super slow internet. Complained 100 times already!!

Hey @airtelindia , Please explain procedure to stop yearly prepaid plan and get refund for the same. There has been little to no coverage at my home and data speed can be defined as 2G at most. I want to get a refund and switch provider. Thanks for the help in advance.
