    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence very poor network, requested to you kindly close your shutter so that customer chooses another good network. Services very costly and result very poor, badest network of India.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had switch from Airtel to jio but some1 told me that Airtel Network/services are best and I again switch to Airtel with 799 plan .But seems it was my big mistake,data speed is very poor,accumulated 300gb of data as I can not use bc of low speed

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Again I raised ticket on 22 may 2026. Still jot able to access internet. As usual your worst team simply closed the ticket by saying issue solved.I immediately I call to your customer service you guys saying they can't reopen ticket

    @airtelindia A store denied, asked to buy from outside & lastly frightened me for a prepaid sim citing it can be recycled & you will get spam,insisting on buying postpaid. After complaint, got call & said visit another. I believe airtel has no interest in selling prepaid now.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you assured me that service will restore at 1.55 pm its 5.30 pm and almost two days the broadband service is off Every month 4to5time your broadband service go off. This kind of service you provide us Give me my money back take your router.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - I have a black membership with you guys and have been trying to close the account for last few days. Your dedicated relationship team is absolutely the worst. I had been the request to be processed for deactivation however nothing is done yet.
