@airtelindia Lol, more than the speed a customer expects better service. Trust me I can survive very happily with 10 Mbps and better support, but cannot with 100mbps and ZERO support. My broadband is down since 3 days and ZERO support.

I have filed a grievance on consumer forum (Grievance Number: 3768599) against Airtel as they had deducted money for Airtel Broadband after I had disconneted my connection.Till now no resolution has been provided. This is the true face Airtel customer satisfaction. @airtelindia

@airtelindia Why your technician calling me and irritating saying that I would have to go to store for service disconnection of my Airtel black as it's already unbundled as said by your customer care and within 7 days the service will be terminated.
