@AwanishSharan @airtelindia Just port your sim, why wait for them to resolve the issue, I had issues with idea, tried talking to them via customer support on call and Twitter as well they said the problem in my area has been fixed, but it wasn't, that's how you know the company is going to fail.

No reply from @airtelindia look how much they bother abt service.They followup only when we hold payment.Even then followup is for payment & no assurance abt service part. New yr resolution-move away completely from airtel after almost 20 yrs of association. @DoT_India @TRAI
