Instead of disconnecting the service, Airtel continues to generate bills, forcing me to make unnecessary payments. What’s even more frustrating is being kept on hold for long periods every time I contact customer support, with no resolution. Is this the level of customer service Airtel stands for? One assures me that Airtel Wi-Fi is available in Vyara, while another claims it isn't.

My office called that Agent and he said that he was assigned my complaint by mistake as he works in a different territorial area. This is what AI and automation of #Airtel is doing. Highly inefficient.
