Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm using airtel since 2010 when I started my college and I was happy with your services but now it is becoming worst day by day. I'm unable to use my daily internet due to very slow speed i.e 10-12 kbps. I have to purchase a new jio SIM.

@airtelindia look at the internet speed in Moh. Muftisarai, Chandpur, Bijnor, UP. In the whole day except 1am to 6am internet not working in this area. We are unable to send One single WhatsApp msg in day time. Look at the matter. 9650633706

@airtelindia you reduce the message sending option from ₹49 pack without any intimation. Your customer care executive says recharge unlimited pack for sending message. If i recharge for unlimited pack ,my recharge of ₹49 is waste.
