@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Is this the way you resolve issues. Technician has no idea about the issue told me to wait for 2 days as the issue would get resolved automatically. And as result of his rebooting of router the fixed line connection stopped working. Very disappointed

@airtelindia I am living in Bokaro, Jharkhand. And the service by Airtel is down and going down everyday. Now a days U r worst service provider. U are forcing ur customers to switch to other network. Neither we can make call nor can we receive.We are facing issues of call drop.
