@airtelindia ur broadband is so bad that it keeps dropping and when u raise a complaint it is closed without fixing ...its been more than a week since complaint raised no action on ticket...such poor service I need to switch to something else.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence worst customer service. Worst customer care. mom number not working for the past 15days. 4g not getting connected. Only 2 g. Was asked to change my sim too. I paid another 50 rs extra for changing the sim... And now no 4g network on the new sim too.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I wrote a mail to the nodal authority yesterday asking for disconnection. Not sure if my request is already acted upon. I cant be sure. I cant tell between a disconnection vs outage. Coz I dont have @airtelindia internet working now. Can someone enlighten me please !
