@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been doing multiple calls to customer care. My issue is simply extra charges for static ip, which I got disabled on 7th May itself, yet I have been getting billed for it. Your engineer says its disabled from system. Please look into this.

Hello guys ! Im proudly say @airtelindia is the worst network provider in india. They looting the data balance, They not provide the network coverage if the netwrok signal strength is good then manytimes they wont provide internet. But they giving ad as india fastest network(1/2)

9 days over. Called customer care and talked with senior advisor Nayan Chourasia and assured me that I will received a call within 2 hrs. Same thing happening with me from last 9 days. You guys Shameless @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Airtel network have lot of issues - They portray high 4g speed in rural areas and currently there is no network in my area itself which is Urban Bangalore. Not even a single network point. My friends and colleagues are reaching through phone for some emergencies but
