@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've never been frustrated like today I am. Such ignorance and ridiculous way of handling the request. Req ID : 31-3095122889382 This is for delivery for my Sim which got corrupted since last 6 days and when I asked for update, you said no progress.

@airtelindia in time of 4G your network shows 2G from continuous 1 month I have recharge plan For 4G then why u not provide me 4G network I am also complain but till the time problem not resolved

@airtelindia taken 5 connections of airtel extreme fibre , but in terms of service ,they are having me feel like i am in bsnl .is it a govt organisation ? i am not able to understand what to do . should i switch to other operator now or wait my balance exhausted 5hen switch ?

@airtelindia Airtel has a tower in our village, which is 200 meters from my house but the number of the network is 2, 3 and the problem is coming in the Internet. I have said the problem of calling a Airtel Help Line number. Even though no problem solved Thanks to the problem

@airtelindia I’m a new into airtel , after port from Vodafone to airtel I’m facing lot of network issue &some apps not able use,I have contact 7-8times customercare to ask solve my problem they says we given you time till 10th sept to solve your issue. it take such a long time

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia day 6 and my issue 136341196 with internet has not been resolved, which is under 6 months advanced plan I paid for in advance. Where as @JioCare has given me a new connection in less than two hours. Very pathetic service and lack of accountbility 👎🏼
