Why? What did loyalty ever do to deserve the slow lane? You did not invent a new technology. You simply throttled the old one for your most disciplined customers and sold the throttling as a feature. The prepaid base did not become weaker overnight. The network did not change overnight. The only thing that changed is your willingness to discriminate openly between citizens based on their billing cycle. This is not premium service. Airtel had solved the issue. and i have received my network and recharge amount back to my number. 27 days To solve a customer issue is a long time. If the same trend continues #airtel is going to be in trouble to retain customers.
