@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've never been frustrated like today I am. Such ignorance and ridiculous way of handling the request. Req ID : 31-3095122889382 This is for delivery for my Sim which got corrupted since last 6 days and when I asked for update, you said no progress.

@airtelindia in time of 4G your network shows 2G from continuous 1 month I have recharge plan For 4G then why u not provide me 4G network I am also complain but till the time problem not resolved

Hi, @airtelindia It’s been 10 days since my query was assigned to the @Airtel_Presence person. Till now, I didn’t receive any update from them. Request you to look into this ASAP. As my financial transactions got stuck due to mobile numbers not working for OTP.
