@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've never been frustrated like today I am. Such ignorance and ridiculous way of handling the request. Req ID : 31-3095122889382 This is for delivery for my Sim which got corrupted since last 6 days and when I asked for update, you said no progress.

@imtuhindixit @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It'll never fix @imtuhindixit . I have raised multiple requests and none of them get resolved. They just reply with the obvious tweets that we are looking into this and so on but no action has been taken.

@airtelindia in time of 4G your network shows 2G from continuous 1 month I have recharge plan For 4G then why u not provide me 4G network I am also complain but till the time problem not resolved

@airtelindia ....very pathetic service...airtel xtreme...raised ticket # 10027829752 for relocation on 31st March'22 from Guwahati to New Delhi...supposed to be installed the the connection by today but nobody called me and no resolution. Very unprofessional and pathetic.

@airtelindia I paid for Airtel fiber and installation was supposed to happen by 12 pm today, but no one came and customer care is of no use. I want my connection done ASAP. My work is stuck because of this.
