@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've never been frustrated like today I am. Such ignorance and ridiculous way of handling the request. Req ID : 31-3095122889382 This is for delivery for my Sim which got corrupted since last 6 days and when I asked for update, you said no progress.

@imtuhindixit @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It'll never fix @imtuhindixit . I have raised multiple requests and none of them get resolved. They just reply with the obvious tweets that we are looking into this and so on but no action has been taken.

@airtelindia in time of 4G your network shows 2G from continuous 1 month I have recharge plan For 4G then why u not provide me 4G network I am also complain but till the time problem not resolved

@reliancejio It’s better to PORT from @airtelindia to @reliancejio The Airtel support team isn’t resolving any of the queries. The customer will go mad by contacting them repeatedly. They will ask the same details again & again but they don’t resolve the query. Just they waste customer time.

And if you do not want to redeem a voucher a CUSTOMER has EARNED - then be honest and say it @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence and I will go with another provider. At least be HONEST, and dont keep making excuses or saying the same thing? #terriblecustomerservice

A month since my first post about how atrocious @airtelindia is and still no action has been taken. In fact they opened an inquiry and closed it mentioning the issue has been resolved when no one has even contacted me. And their network has only gotten worse.

@airtelindia I tired calling Cust care for my Bband while on roaming; People in 9910099100 told me to dial 121. But it won't work. I call again in 9910099100-it says outgoing is suspended. I'm on roam pack with plenty of mins left. New Airtel thanks support is a joke! Pls help.
