@imtuhindixit @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It'll never fix @imtuhindixit . I have raised multiple requests and none of them get resolved. They just reply with the obvious tweets that we are looking into this and so on but no action has been taken.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've never been frustrated like today I am. Such ignorance and ridiculous way of handling the request. Req ID : 31-3095122889382 This is for delivery for my Sim which got corrupted since last 6 days and when I asked for update, you said no progress.

Worse service from @airtelindia in chembur at chemburnaka. The entire day there was no Mobile network and now too, its extremely sketchy. I do guess we are living in the stone age. As for no coverage, would the @DoT_India have guidelines for the same.

about this issue. Is it the customers job to call countless people and find out what’s going on or is it your job to fix the issue faced by the customer from your end @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why is the customer care not able to help and make false promises.

The promised 4 hour email replies never come and the promised 6 hour call backs never come. The people at customer care are clueless and the field staff mess up and become unhelpful. Have sent emails on 3/12 and 7/12 which never received a reply. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
