@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've never been frustrated like today I am. Such ignorance and ridiculous way of handling the request. Req ID : 31-3095122889382 This is for delivery for my Sim which got corrupted since last 6 days and when I asked for update, you said no progress.

@imtuhindixit @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It'll never fix @imtuhindixit . I have raised multiple requests and none of them get resolved. They just reply with the obvious tweets that we are looking into this and so on but no action has been taken.

@airtelindia in time of 4G your network shows 2G from continuous 1 month I have recharge plan For 4G then why u not provide me 4G network I am also complain but till the time problem not resolved

@airtelindia what's happening, my phn signed suddenly got stopped, sim replace..! charged 100/- but again the same issue😡no response from local store.. Is this the service you are providing to the customers... I'm using the same phn since 2+yrs and suddenly i have to reach you.
