Req ID : 31-3095122889382 This is for delivery for my Sim which got corrupted since last 6 days and when I asked for update, you said no progress.

They only give you 100 mins talk time on recharge of international roaming pack, and no other options to top up minutes. None of their packs give additional 200 minutes or something which I can recharge. Support is awful.

Right in the heart of Chennai, one of the biggest metropolitan cities in India, you are not able to manage wifi services w.o frequent disconnections .. total disconnection for last 24 hrs, which has happened a dozen times in 3 months. Remember your are a listed company. You need to get your act right when even our **** have become more efficient. #airtel
