    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've never been frustrated like today I am. Such ignorance and ridiculous way of handling the request. Req ID : 31-3095122889382 This is for delivery for my Sim which got corrupted since last 6 days and when I asked for update, you said no progress.

    @airtelindia in time of 4G your network shows 2G from continuous 1 month I have recharge plan For 4G then why u not provide me 4G network I am also complain but till the time problem not resolved

    @imtuhindixit @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It'll never fix @imtuhindixit . I have raised multiple requests and none of them get resolved. They just reply with the obvious tweets that we are looking into this and so on but no action has been taken.

    @puneetmsra32 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia No bhai... They are not going to resolve any issue because they are not taking even a single step then how can they reach to the top floor.

    @airtelindia The registered mobile number for my DTH id - 3050347140 has been changed without my request and consent on 12th May. I have called the customer support and sent multiple emails but there has been response and no resolution. @jagograhakjago…Request you intervention.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what would it take to bundle all the airtel services that i am using.. everytime i do it from airtel app , its says “ something went wrong” if i call customer support ( that is a nightmare in itself) they disconnect the call saying “sir technical issue araha hai aap thodi der baad try karna” Kya chahte ho bhai? Time to switch to @reliancejio it seems.

    @airtelindia bad service. Been almost a week of placing speed upgrade request from 100mbps to 1gbps and not even a single call from airtel to upgrade my network. Even raised complaints on email and still nothing Registered ph - 9958154420

    @airtelindia I am extremely disappointed with the poor service and lack of customer support. If the issue cannot be resolved immediately, please disconnect my Airtel Broadband connection, as I no longer wish to continue with such unsatisfactory service.

    @airtelindia I am here at Delhi , AIIMS, arjun nagar , green park . Facing network problem.. last 4-5 days . Do I need to port ?? Or should I wait ??? . Voice is not clear . Failed to connect sometime . Disconnect sometimes.

    @airtelindia - please help. Have swapped from a physical sim to an eSIM. My physical sim has been deactivated but the eSIM has not been activated. I’ve waiting at your store for an hour and half now! Surely you can do better

    @airtelindia @AirtelServ30428 Worst business corporate services from Airtel - never use them for a business account. Been 3 weeks to activate a number and now been over 4 days to replace a lost SIM Card for the CXO of a company. Minus 5* service. @AirtelBusiness
