pawan jain (@pkjaincheenu) reported@airtelindia no resolution received. Waiting time 15 days !! Quite strange !!! Do they really need 15 days to resolve a call related issue ??

Anil Shastri (@anilkumarsastry) reported@Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia I'm planning to change from @BSNLCorporatet to some other service provider as the data isn't working for me in #mangaluru for the past one week. Unfortunately every other service provider's fate is the same. Having paid in advance for a service that you won't get is disappointing
-
Vidit (@vidittt_) reported@airtelindia My broadband has been not working for the past 10 days, and despite raising the issue, nobody has visited to check or resolve it. 075741887795_dsl 10 days without service is unacceptable. Please arrange a technician visit and resolve this urgently. @Airtel_Presence

Live Talks'🏵️ (@RakeshS091) reportedExtremely disappointed. If this continues, I may have no choice but to port all four connections from Airtel. I’d genuinely regret leaving, but why should a paying Postpaid customer have to repeatedly seek basic connectivity? @Airtel_Presence @bhartinews @airtelindia
-
Sharique Khan (@ishariquekhan) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why do I keep on facing Call drop, Call connecting, intermittent Internet issues with three of my postpaid numbers. Shall I switch to different vendor?
-
Arokiya (@arokiya_ra80604) reported@airtelindia I booked Airtel Xstream Fiber, paid the advance, and I’m still waiting for installation. The installation date has been changed multiple times, the technician isn’t responding, and now I’m being told there is a backend issue with no confirmed installation time. I’ve asked the POC to cancel it, but I’m unable to find any proper cancellation journey. When I go to the Chat option in the Airtel app, there are standard issue templates, but there is no option for a new Wi-Fi connection that has been paid for but not yet installed. I assume this is because my profile previously only had mobile services. But now I have ordered and paid for Wi-Fi — so where exactly is the customer journey to raise a complaint or cancel the order before installation? Even when I call customer care, there is no clear language selection before being pushed through the IVR. How are you expecting customers to navigate this if you don't even establish their preferred language first? I genuinely don't understand these user journeys. Please cancel my Wi-Fi order and initiate my refund. I don't want to keep chasing different people for something that should have a straightforward cancellation process.

Pratik Modha (@PratikModha2) reported@airtelindia After raising multiple complaints, I’ve come to one simple conclusion: Airtel is excellent at making promises, but not so good at solving problems. Every time I complain, I get assurances — but no actual resolution. Network issues continue.

CS Manish Bhardwaj (@CS_Manish_UK) reportedSilent tariff hikes, falling service quality & misleading 5G promises aren't 'upgrades', they are an erosion of consumer trust. @airtelindia must prioritize fair pricing, reliable network performance over squeezing loyal subscribers. @TRAI #ConsumerRights #5GFail #airtelfail
