@imtuhindixit @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It'll never fix @imtuhindixit . I have raised multiple requests and none of them get resolved. They just reply with the obvious tweets that we are looking into this and so on but no action has been taken.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've never been frustrated like today I am. Such ignorance and ridiculous way of handling the request. Req ID : 31-3095122889382 This is for delivery for my Sim which got corrupted since last 6 days and when I asked for update, you said no progress.

@airtelindia Looks like there’s no benefit of being a Airtel Black customer. I raised a request to change my fiber plan on 3rd but till now no reason and no follow up. I have to call daily and same answer. So irritating. Probably will shift to @tataplayfiber

Useless and very disrespectful. Your senior Rahul just disconnected the call while i was trying to cancel my connection as i wasn't provided fibre after almost 2 months of request and was receiving improper services. Airtel really needs yo improve. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
