I have raised multiple requests and none of them get resolved. They just reply with the obvious tweets that we are looking into this and so on but no action has been taken.

Req ID : 31-3095122889382 This is for delivery for my Sim which got corrupted since last 6 days and when I asked for update, you said no progress.

From last 6 months, I am getting less than 10mbps speed on a 100mbps plan.

My issue isnt resolved and since last billing date passed you will now add late fees charges. And I will then take you to court
