    @imtuhindixit @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It'll never fix @imtuhindixit . I have raised multiple requests and none of them get resolved. They just reply with the obvious tweets that we are looking into this and so on but no action has been taken.

    @airtelindia in time of 4G your network shows 2G from continuous 1 month I have recharge plan For 4G then why u not provide me 4G network I am also complain but till the time problem not resolved

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've never been frustrated like today I am. Such ignorance and ridiculous way of handling the request. Req ID : 31-3095122889382 This is for delivery for my Sim which got corrupted since last 6 days and when I asked for update, you said no progress.

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have cancelled my WiFi subscription since 2 months but I'm still being billed for it. There's no way to call customer care and if they call me it's always disconnects before anyone speaks. How to resolve this?

    @airtelindia I raise a query today for internet issue, your guy calls me 3 days after to check on the query. If my internet is down, how would 3 day TAT be useful for me? Does the turnaround time even make sense to you???

    @Airtel_Presence My data is unlimited on Rs 1199/- plan. It was stopped at 100 GB without any reason. Now I have been complaining for the last 4 days no action has been taken Complaint number 31-1000013435630. Even bill also paid on 03 May 26. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Airtel needs to seriously fix its services. Stop false promises about unlimited 5G and improve your network immediately. Users are paying for plans but getting poor service and zero support. Get your system together and provide proper customer care.#airtelscam

    @JioCare @airtelindia (1/2) People say "Customer is King", but these 3 years of internet service from @JioCare were like torture—humiliating and frustrating. I was treated as if they were doing me a favor by letting me use their service every time there was an issue.

    @airtelindia I raised shifting request on 29 Apr for 03 May. Still no one contacted or updated about the request. When I called the customer care they told they are not able to get any updates from the concerned team.
