I have raised multiple requests and none of them get resolved. They just reply with the obvious tweets that we are looking into this and so on but no action has been taken.

Yet Airtel keeps giving the same excuse. Why recharge long-term when your service doesn’t work? Shaawant No response to my emails either. Fix this.
