    @MayursinhVala10 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Dear Airtel I too tried to recharge with the same pack but was not available, so I recharged with Rs. 100/- recharge was succesful, but my outgoing & incoming services have been barred now. Please help thanks.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Black customer to hold the line for 5 mins contrary to the promise of lesser hold time .Mail sent yesternight , till now no revert or solution . So it seems BLACK priority service ( Rs2099) is just a marketing gimmick ...customer issues not solved!!

    @airtelindia I have ported Vi to Airtel my number.But it's my totelly mistek.Worst network in my area.Only show emergency call only.

    @airtelindia Last month I recharge 49 pack for 28 days validity but now this pack is removed. Now new pack available on platform for 28 days is 79. You need to think and understand customer behaviour and expectations. There would be many customers who needed lower value recharge

    @airtelindia I'm unable to send a message with my number, despite I have the Main Account Balance of 7 Rupees and temporary Balance of 30 Rupees. I tried to reach out to customer service but it couldn't connect. What a WONDERFUL service by Airtel.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am premium member of airtel and this is what I am getting in returned.Already raise the disconnection request as the name of the company is totally damaged by the Gorakhpur region service engineer and staff who is looking into the after sales servc

    @ACTFibernet it's high time. as @airtelindia is providing better plans and even voice support. your internet plans are costly and customer support also not good.
