@airtelindia There is absolutely no provision for any customer to give a closure/disconnection request from either mobile app/web portal. when we call customer care to d same, we r forced to wait hours and hours for some agent to close it. Still it doesn't get closed! #fraudulent

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Interestingly, even though my broadband was shut down from last six days and I complained about it, I still did not get a single call from any employee of Airtel company.. which proves how useless the company is.

@airtelindia Worst services at Airtel. Had requested for post paid to prepaid mobile connection yesterday around 11:30 am. Executive told that it will be done in 4 hours. However, its been 24 hours now and still its in process.

@airtelindia Why do you people cheat! Having asked for a 399/- plan because of less usage you activated a wrong plan and then insist on getting paid accordingly. All efforts to downgrade plan are met with sone kind of crooked evasive assurance bit never done
