@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Billing an unused, disconnected service is not OK. Customer service team not understanding the issue & simply parroting the rules in not OK. Customer Service team agreeing to something and then mailing something different, continue to bill is not OK

My Broadband connection is not working for 2 days. Called customer care several times (SR No. 10091116560) got so many assurances. No resolution. Really frustrated. I will wait today for resolution if it doesn't happen. I will be forced to switch to local ISP @airtelindia
