Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, I have been using airtel since 2012 without any change.Never switched to JIO despite their alluring offers and low charges. But from last few months I am facing a lot of network issues and its not with me only. Kindly try to resolve it ASAP.

@sahil_vi @airtelindia I recently converted my airtel prepaid sim to Postpaid in bangalore. Paid through online , got a call from customer care within 30 min and delivery executives came to home within 2 hour to deliver the sim. After 1 day sim got activated Cheers 🍻

@sahil_vi @airtelindia I’m related to the telecom industry. Physical document is required for compliance, can’t really blame them it’s a good practice I would say rather. Whereas cash is concerned, digital India hai but issue is msme and airtel store owners get short changed due to card swipe rates

Absolute pathetic service from Airtel!! Cannot raise Broadband complaint because of no network! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Looks like i will be disconnecting the plan only after using it for 1 month! Worst experience!!!
