    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Fraud coming from such Network giant is usual though, Netflix stopped accepting the payment through them by 13th October and you guys are still charging us for the service, even my @NetflixIndia isn't working, and your CSE doesn't have a clue.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Still waiting for Root Cause Analysis information from Prepaid/Mobility/Broadband team. This issue keeps happening regularly since May 2021. Unless Airtel assures that Root Cause has been identified and resolved, I will not stop following up on this.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence one of the worst service when it comes to prepaid, every service need to pay, no basic plan for sms..! In the era of social media sms are not needed but for porting and other transition it's needed but to opt one sms need to opt for Rs 155 packages

    @airtelindia Even after recharge done, not able to make calls as it's inactive. Not able to get resolution as direct customer care support not available. I've saw that other people are also facing the same issue.

    @airtelindia So basically Airtel policy is to keep customer in Airtel on account of main balance, because user can never recharge RC99 from his main balance, if main balance is 300 odd. #AirtelCEO If you are not able to provide customer satisfaction then #ShutDownAirtel

    @airtelindia Just joined Airtel 2 week back, but facing huge network problem n also hving net problem. Complaint made very next day, but still not resolved. Now can't move to other services provided,being 3 months locking period #TRAI should relax locking period in such cases.
