    @TRAI @airtelindia Dear TRAI, please look into the issue. There has been numerous complaints but @airtelindia has never provided with any solution to the issue. I have got many call from network team from past one and a half year but to no use. 1/n

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 31 hours after being on site, airtel can neither resolve the modem issue nor replace nor provide a standby... let the customer go to hell.... and @Airtel_Presence says it's taking a bit of time... what say?
