    @TRAI @airtelindia Dear TRAI, please look into the issue. There has been numerous complaints but @airtelindia has never provided with any solution to the issue. I have got many call from network team from past one and a half year but to no use. 1/n

    I'm looking to move out of @airtelindia coz of pathetic network connectivity n data issue. Voice break issues during call, even call don't connect, at (192306) Rajpora #Pulwama - J&K. Thanks for services so far but now I think it's over. @Airtel_Presence @me_aamy #airtelsucks

    Very disappointed with @airtelindia Airtel Air Fiber service in Surat. My internet disconnects 2–3 times every day and complaint is already registered since 16 May 2026 but still NO proper resolution provided.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia please register complaint as my wifi 5 ghz band not working and in 2.4 ghz only getting 20 mbps way below what i am paying. which is 200 Mbps kindly rectify at earliest.

    @airtelindia Services are very poor now. Raised a formal request on Saturday. Till now no response Pathetic. This was bound to happen in era of duopoly.

    Now even if I don’t use the service, I’m still expected to pay ₹600. I can’t even properly close the connection — only “pause” it for ₹200/month. This feels less like customer service and more like forced money extraction. Extremely frustrating. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
