    @TRAI @airtelindia Dear TRAI, please look into the issue. There has been numerous complaints but @airtelindia has never provided with any solution to the issue. I have got many call from network team from past one and a half year but to no use. 1/n

    Very pathetic service by @airtelindia i have raised multiple complaints for last 20 d. There is frequent disruption and network is patchy. Didn't expect the service from helpdesk & engineers. No clear ans . You are going to lose a loyal customer of 20 years to another network

    Tweet3: @airtelindia In last complaint i asked the technician that i can see all the work for fibre is done, then if therebis problem with copper connection, why you are not shifting it to fibre. His reply was: It is pending from Site manager.
