    @airtelindia one of the worst customer service I could find from your end. Placed an order for DTH 48 hours ago and am yet to receive a response from your end. You claim installation will be done in 4 to 24 hours but the reality is worse. #CustomerPain.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Around 2 weeks back I applied Airtel broadband. But I got an SMS that there is no service in my area. But last Saturday I received a call from Broadband Sales Team. They said, service is available & they request me to pay activation fee.

    @airtelindia My Airtel Xstream Fiber connection is repeatedly getting disconnected, causing frequent service interruptions. Despite raising complaints, the issue is recurring. I request Airtel to investigate and permanently resolve the problem. Since I am paying for uninterrupted

    @TRAI Yes. Although @airtelindia and @reliancejio is claiming 5G networks everywhere but even in cities 5G connectivity is very poor. Both's net is slow like 4G or 3G despite of spending so much amount of money.

    @airtelindia This has become the standard Airtel response: promise a resolution for “today,” then disappear and repeat the same promise the next day. After 5 days of the current outage and 1–2 months of repeated service issues, I am no longer interested in getting this connection repaired.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia My postpaid no. is stuck on “Not Registered on Network.” eSIM failed, ₹150 SIM replacement also failed, and the new SIM was tested in another handset with the same result. if Jio fails to resolve this within 2 days, I’m porting to Airtel.
