    Worst service from @airtelindia @JioCare both playing a game of port number as per airtel its with jio, while enquiry jio saying it's with airtel @TRAI pls confirm the number belongs to which network holding the sim 8610338009

    I requested customer care representative to make complaint against this but they cannot as said. Since there is no complaint no. I could not able to contact nodal officer.... Finally I have to wait for 30 days. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews not worth for money

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is there a problem on activating #facetime in iPhone? I tried 5 times and each time Rs5 lost and total of 25 gone. 😕 bad experience and still activation was unsuccessful. Can we anyone checked please.

    @airtelindia I got confirmation mail from Airtel on 03/07/2019 stating that RS.706.82 will be refunded under service request no. 90604765 by 8th July 2019. Till date not received.

    @airtelindia one of the worst customer service I could find from your end. Placed an order for DTH 48 hours ago and am yet to receive a response from your end. You claim installation will be done in 4 to 24 hours but the reality is worse. #CustomerPain.

    @airtelindia i am currently facing terrible data quality in my location. Data speeds during day time are around 0.01 mbps to 1.1mbps, even streaming 480p videos is impossible. Please improve data quality in my location as there are many airtel users. Poonamallee chennai-600056

    @airtelindia My wifi not working from 27.04.2026 and not able to lodge complaint in Mumbai. When called customer care, I was on call for almost an hour just to raise disconnect issue. Pathetic @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I called customer care centre for @FibreAirtel twice and they are saying they can't contact the concerned team. They told me to wait for another day. How come your own team members can not contact your own team? What's the solution here?

    @Airtel_Presence I have requested a Wifi connection on the 29th of April and paid 1500 on 1 May only. For payment the salesman came immediately but for installation is not yet done while @airtelindia has promised multiple installation timings. Very poor service and commitment.

This kind of greed and neglect is exactly what killed giants like Nokia. With pathetic customer service and a careless attitude, Airtel is walking the same path to downfall

    @airtelindia Very poor service. My brother was told he can reopen Airtel Payments Bank account from any store. Alaknanda store sent him to Lajpat Nagar office, where they asked money then said account cannot open due to system issue. Staff was rude. Please take action.
