    @airtelindia I got confirmation mail from Airtel on 03/07/2019 stating that RS.706.82 will be refunded under service request no. 90604765 by 8th July 2019. Till date not received.

    Worst cabling always break down. Did you check how many times you work on same issue? Bad behaviour and bad attitude while talking. Do @airtelindia impose some template/etiquette to field engineers on how to answer a customer?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Around 2 weeks back I applied Airtel broadband. But I got an SMS that there is no service in my area. But last Saturday I received a call from Broadband Sales Team. They said, service is available & they request me to pay activation fee.
