    Worst cabling always break down. Did you check how many times you work on same issue? Bad behaviour and bad attitude while talking. Do @airtelindia impose some template/etiquette to field engineers on how to answer a customer?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I wish to to MNP from vodafone to Airtel, but staffs who been at airtel store denied the request when I said I want prepaid connection. Is this how you treat customers coming from other operator? I need justification.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Last week changed prepaid to postpaid for internet connection, but now am getting very poor network due to that not able to continue WFH. Planned to move from airtel, since am using airtel from last 15 years

    I requested customer care representative to make complaint against this but they cannot as said. Since there is no complaint no. I could not able to contact nodal officer.... Finally I have to wait for 30 days. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews not worth for money

    Worst service from @airtelindia @JioCare both playing a game of port number as per airtel its with jio, while enquiry jio saying it's with airtel @TRAI pls confirm the number belongs to which network holding the sim 8610338009

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence The speciality is, am trying long time to contact ur customer care ,nothing responded except msg .ur request will be corrected soon .Worst service provider ever seen .If the issue is not corrected. Give back my money, Without fail (1/3).

    Worst network i had ever seen. Not Resolving a minor Complaints just need to Register my number on VOLTE. Already i raised a complaints 3 times but they can't Resolve that. 7904094664 Now I'm worrying that why i should changed my number from jio to Airtel. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I got confirmation mail from Airtel on 03/07/2019 stating that RS.706.82 will be refunded under service request no. 90604765 by 8th July 2019. Till date not received.

    What is this stupidity, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia? I'm a work-from-home employee, and my work is primarily on weekends. My internet stopped working yesterday, and despite registering a complaint, the engineer neither visited nor called as scheduled.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence When I called they given another new ticket by saying they will call me back (1-2FMD183WI) on June 1st, Instead of solving issue they sent bill of 1800 neatly. I am not understanding what to do with this worst team.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have done kyc thrice but getting rejected. My family is in Saharanpur and I m in delhi, they can nit visit the Airtel Store alone. Please help if someone can come to my home to get this done. Else, I have to surrender my three numbers. Please help.

    this is my @airtelindia wifi id 04430106078 due to poor service and poor network coverage i have mailed @airtelindia to dissconect my connection last month itself but still no response and they have sent the bill for this month which i have been not used fraud @airtelindia cheap network
