    Worst experience service I ever feel in Airtel,I request for broadband service in gorakhpur and already paid for it & now six day complied but i got a no response from there. Now its three day completed i take LWP form company because of not having broadband service @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what a shame, your IVR is disabled and I can not talk to customer care on either 121 or 198. I can understand there could be issue with any technical stuff but for unlimited time, I can not even imagine

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I am facing internet speed issue since one month... I paid for 300 Mbps plan to get high speed and I am getting speed around 150 Mbps download and around 60 Mbps upload... I am not satisfied with your service... I just want my refund now.

    Dear @airtelindia @TRAI What SCAM going on? When I am on call with customer service 121/198 the internet speed is good & as soon as call is disconnected the internet stops working. This means there's something Airtel is doing to stop us from using all the data at good speeds. 😡

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia who will be responsible for missing office work due to lack of proactiveness,you have to be responsible if you want to say that you are a top internet provider in India. You are just trying avoid issue by just sending SMSs after a certain interval

    @airtelindia internet connection is not working from Friday 16th Jul registered complaint# 134104680 as well. They informed that technician will be visited but no one contacted me yet. @VittalGopal Sir I have never seen irresponsible behaviour like this.

    @airtelindia Dear team the problrm is resolved now...if you want I can take my tweet down. However, my whole family use Airtel only. We stopped using Jio. I request you to please improve a bit your customer care. That's it. I hope in my next recharge it won't happen again.
