    @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Team, I'm fed up with the repeated complaints for not getting services even after paying 1097₹ for 84 days with unlimited 5g and 4g services. The internet services are worst and multiple call drops in a day.

    Since I shifted to my new flat, the calling is like a CHALLENGE, Internet usage is approx ZERO because there is no 5G connectivity. After numerous complaints and tickets raised by me and my father the CUSTOMER SERVICE team at @airtelindia is sleeping.

    @airtelindia Pathetic service despite being a long standing Airtel Black member. Makes me wonder what regular Airtel users go through. A simple WiFi shifting request remains unresolved, while your team keeps giving false assurances instead of getting it done.
