When I am on call with customer service 121/198 the internet speed is good & as soon as call is disconnected the internet stops working. Earlier, the same amount of usage would last the entire day, but now the 2 GB gets exhausted within half a day, even though my usage pattern hasn't changed. This feels unfair.
