My wifi is getting LOS since yesterday 6pm and request no 10040893308 has been generated. I was assured of 2 hours. More than 15 hrs and my wifi is not yet fixed. Also, my plan is of 200mbps and I get such poor speed. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence kindly look into the matter !!!

seems they fogot to provide network in all other locations while taking their network to remote areas. I sent a message on WhatsApp in Varanasi on 20th Mar which is not yet delivered. It is better to switch to other networks like @reliancejio as it doing better that @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel is the worst xtream fiber service provider. 9 out of 10 days they can't provide proper speed. Speed is showing 9mbps when it should atleast be above 40. Their call support says everything is fine. U pay extra 1000 for a new router DON'T BUY IT

@airtelindia 181rs plan is a trick to force customer to recharge with 299 rs only..It happened that when I called customer care..I was not given proper information wrong information that it has no Disney plus hotstar also was not told that you cant use without adding 99rs more.
