My internet not working since last 12days but deducting money on daily basis.Made complaint with SR no-10000586421 but not rectified.On asking to disconnect service,they are telling that money in account will not be refunded.Cheater company

seems they fogot to provide network in all other locations while taking their network to remote areas. I sent a message on WhatsApp in Varanasi on 20th Mar which is not yet delivered. It is better to switch to other networks like @reliancejio as it doing better that @airtelindia

I'm using @airtelindia sim right now i had paid them for 4g network of 2Gb/day for my online studies but I can't even use 100 Mb of data per day. Bcoz of @airtelindia's poor network. @airtelindia I'm unable to study bcoz of your network issues Shame on You I want my data refund

@airtelindia I am requesting for broadband from more than last 6 months. There is line of airtel also in my lane but box not available. Each time when I request area person says that it will be live in next 15 days to one month. But nothing happened.Poor service.poor experience.
