My wifi is getting LOS since yesterday 6pm and request no 10040893308 has been generated. I was assured of 2 hours. More than 15 hrs and my wifi is not yet fixed. Also, my plan is of 200mbps and I get such poor speed. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence kindly look into the matter !!!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel is the worst xtream fiber service provider. 9 out of 10 days they can't provide proper speed. Speed is showing 9mbps when it should atleast be above 40. Their call support says everything is fine. U pay extra 1000 for a new router DON'T BUY IT

@airtelindia @DoT_India why has airtel moved last bill payment date to 22nd of each month. Earlier it was 30th. Are you scamming customer to charge late payment fee of 100 inr. People generally get salary by 30th. But with this ***** move every month we will be charged 100 INR extra.
