    @airtelindia Nowadays I'm living in Thanganv near Mandleshwar. The problem which the people of the village is facing that there is very low network of all telecom companies. If they want to call then they have to go to the terrace and move their mobile in the hope of the network.

    If network performance & fiber stability aren't fixed immediately, we will escalate this directly to @NchIndia (National Consumer Helpline) and CCPA for deficiency of service and misleading network coverage claims. Fix it or face formal legal proceedings. @TRAI @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Strength of signal at home is -107 dbm, it is for a long period of time n facing it despite being a priority postpaid customer, please look into the issue and strengthen the signal by installing new tower or boost the signals

    Such a shameful service from Airtel, I made this tweet after so many normal failed tickets via airtel app and telephonic support. 22nd was the hard deadline over the mail but failed again and when I asked about it then they’ve come up with saying that they’ve registered another ticket with different deadline. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’m extremely frustrated with the Airtel 4G service in my area. I’m not even able to use the internet continuously for 2 minutes due to the extremely slow speed. urgently check the 4G tower/network congestion in my area and resolve this issue.

    Pathetic service from @airtelindia @airtelnews. No home internet for the past two days. Airtel changed service engineer four times in two says but no one turned up and not even taking calls. The last message says that an engineer assigned and he will come after one week

    @airtelindia 18 years as an Airtel customer, and this is how loyalty is rewarded? My complaint has been closed without any resolution. Every time I call customer care, I’m told, “A technician will visit.” Nobody comes. No fix. No accountability. Then the ticket simply gets closed

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My internet speed has been extremely slow for a long time, even after I switched to postpaid. If this continues, I’ll switch to @reliancejio. Please fix this ASAP
