    @airtelindia Nowadays I'm living in Thanganv near Mandleshwar. The problem which the people of the village is facing that there is very low network of all telecom companies. If they want to call then they have to go to the terrace and move their mobile in the hope of the network.

    @airtelindia has the worst customer service. You cannot get on a call with customer service team and the airtel thanks app and itd chatbot is useless. Also, my wifi connection got over and thry have started billing me monthly without even asking me.

    @airtelindia I need your help in deactivating 5 Unused Postpaid numbers, I got it at Gorakhpur, I relocated To Tripura, I have been paying The Bills through my teeth! 121 initially told me they would deactivate, call after an hour, later they regretted out!

    Another 24 hours passed.. all your team does is raise a SR on a daily basis and no resolution from the team My physical sim is deactivated & eSim has not been activated and is not provisioned..left stranded in between with no network for 7 days now @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Unlimited 5g data ,with 2.5 gb data after paying rs 3999/yrs. A number of times ,I complained But data reducing daily in 2.5 gb. Today I recieved message 100% data consumed. Then what about Unlimited 5g ,whereas I am in main city in Bihar with full network 5g . @airtelindia

    Still no proper response by @airtelindia shows the level of service. I pay almost Rs 14000 a year to these guys for their WiFi, and this is the level of service. Now, I won’t pay my bill this month till my money is refunded, and make sure to get rid of their expensive Internet.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. For more than 24 years... I had three mobile plus one wifi. Cause of lack of services I was forced to surrender or cancel one mobile connection and port out the other mobile number. I really hope that a Platinum Customer is treated better.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Dont know what kind of business you are running but you keep scamming your customer on charges which are incurred due to fraud of your sales team. Secondly why dont you all just fire your customer support team since they are useless and make fake claims
