The problem which the people of the village is facing that there is very low network of all telecom companies. If they want to call then they have to go to the terrace and move their mobile in the hope of the network.

The helpline numbers 121 & 198 are absolutely useless unless to connect to the sales team. Every call leads me to an AI bot and an IVR call, with no actual resolution.
