@airtelindia Nowadays I'm living in Thanganv near Mandleshwar. The problem which the people of the village is facing that there is very low network of all telecom companies. If they want to call then they have to go to the terrace and move their mobile in the hope of the network.

@airtelindia thr's a billing issue and even after constant follow up and spkng to 8 custr care executives, no resolution yet. Mistakenly my plan got changed to Airtel Black, but my usage is not much. I want to spk to a senior executive and resolve this matter, kindly help.
