    @airtelindia Worst customer service on my area,no inquiry for new connection of broadband it is the largest industrial hub and no response of sales team,

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your network is not good at all. 4G networks are not available in a city like Pithampur MP. My internet is running very slowly. Please improve your network.and resolve my problem Otherwise we will stop running Airtel's network. Thank you 🙏

    I purchased my second airtel sim in the year 2006 and I have been using it till now. I appreciate the airtel's service till now as the best service provider. But the service now they are showing is making me upset. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I recharged with Airtel's Rs 349 in which 5G unlimited is visible.But my mobile phone is working on 4G, that too at a very slow speed, even though my network area is absolutely fine .Airtel is fooling people in the name of unlimited 5G.

    @airtelindia i know that my plan is expiring. I do not want 3 messages and 2 calls everyday starting 5 days before it expires. You guys are so annoying. Another message or call reminding me that the plan is expiring and I'll throw away your stupid sim card

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My SIM had no signal, so I visited your service center. There, I was forced to convert my prepaid SIM to postpaid and was told that it would not work on prepaid. What kind of new way is this to loot customers?

    Extremely disappointed with the complete lack of accountability from . My DTH service has been down for 7days. Despite a formal complaint lodged on 15th May, there is zero resolution. This level of neglect is unacceptable for a loyal customer. Please resolve this. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Deactivated my mother’s 10+ year old number for re-verification despite active ₹2250 yearly plan recharged 15 days ago. No SMS/reminder sent for re-verification, but recharge reminders are nonstop. Very disappointing. Need resolution & compensation

    @airtelindia I’m using your SIM on my iPhone. Calling is working but the internet is not working at all despite having an active Unlimited 5G recharge. I’ve restarted the phone, checked settings, and reinserted the SIM, but still no internet. Customer care is also not connecting.

    I have had WiFi connectivity issues since yesterday. The assigned person's phone is switched off. I have escalated the issue by calling 4 times and speaking with your representative. One of the worst customer service i have experienced. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia what a pathetic wifi Service by Airtel. Just Worst Internet out from Sunday calling to agents and customer care There is no response Also the service Agent coming from monday And saying 1 thing It will be fix in 10 15 minutes and runs away. Now no one picking calls.
