    I purchased my second airtel sim in the year 2006 and I have been using it till now. I appreciate the airtel's service till now as the best service provider. But the service now they are showing is making me upset. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i applied for a change of ownership today, & i just realized that i was put on a different plan without my consent. I have been experiencing issues with my data and thus happened to notice this on the Airtel app. Can someone call me and explain why?

    @airtelindia Its really bad about your esim port mechanism. When tried to send message with registered mail id, then in reply received message which said ‘incorrect mail id & not registered with phone no’. Even, on thanks app, mail id is shown with blue tick. What a bad service

    I have ported out from Airtel and paid two times sim swap charges now again for my postpaid bill you are asking sim swap charges. You won't even leave a customer even if ported out.....no shame left on you @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    dear @airtelindia . I have your broadband connection. I have complainted on 10 March 2023. still no response from your team. what type of service you give to your customers. I am very disappointed from your service. your service is very pathetic. @Airtel_Presence
