    @airtelindia Worst customer service on my area,no inquiry for new connection of broadband it is the largest industrial hub and no response of sales team,

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your network is not good at all. 4G networks are not available in a city like Pithampur MP. My internet is running very slowly. Please improve your network.and resolve my problem Otherwise we will stop running Airtel's network. Thank you 🙏

    I purchased my second airtel sim in the year 2006 and I have been using it till now. I appreciate the airtel's service till now as the best service provider. But the service now they are showing is making me upset. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    What a pathetic service by @airtelindia xtream fibre. Despite explaining the issue to @Airtel_Presence multiple times, they are not able to understand the issue itself. Their attitude is "Hum to exam me wahi answer likhenge jo humein aata hai, aapka question chahe kuch bhi ho".

    @airtelindia I am broadband subscriber since year 2007. This time experiencing great service. My complaint dated 20.02.2023 still unresolved. The great helpdesk officers are commenting to resolve the issue within 24/48 hours, everytime since than.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Part 1 Worst service. My mother’s sim card had stopped functioning in November, had visited the airtel gallery (lalbaug) on Sunday they told me there’s no new sim now come tomorrow.

    @airtelindia I can't use my Airtel internet connection in my 4G handset. It continuously happening from few months and from few months not getting any solution. It is very bad performance and negligence from Airtel company.

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia have been facing issues with Airtel wifi in Prayagraj and despite raising 2 service requests and more than 24 hours, problem is not resolved. Also very impolite behaviour of the persons on the ground and their callous attitude is not helping

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare from today morning there is no signal in our locality. Totally frustrated by your service, i think like change is necessary likewise i need to shift to @airtelindia .
