    @airtelindia How do I put a service request? Fed by customer care IVR which directs me to install an app for any request. App is even worse. Really frustrating.

    Hi @airtelindia From the last 7 days, we ( in our locality everyone) are facing internet issues. I tried to connect with customer support executive and even also tried the Airtel thanks app, but couldn't find any option to chat/talk with any executive.

    @airtelindia i recharged my no on 18th feb and so far unable to call & receive. I have Sent u DM many times but no resolution provided yet so far. Every time same reply "Looking into your issue"
