    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your network is not good at all. 4G networks are not available in a city like Pithampur MP. My internet is running very slowly. Please improve your network.and resolve my problem Otherwise we will stop running Airtel's network. Thank you 🙏

    I purchased my second airtel sim in the year 2006 and I have been using it till now. I appreciate the airtel's service till now as the best service provider. But the service now they are showing is making me upset. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @airtelindia Customers face instant late fees for payment delays: but when companies deliver poor service, they pay no penalty at all. If you expect us to pay on time, we expect you to deliver on your promises. Fairness should work both ways. More than 2weeks, facing issues.

    @Airtel_Presence WiFi disconnected in April. Device collected. Refund still not received. Still getting pickup reminder messages. No help from customer care, no response to emails. Extremely poor customer service. @airtelindia @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @airtelindia From morning to evening I have tried for Shifting my Wi-Fi to another place but there is no good response and in Airtel Thanks App showing Error Occurred Please Try Again Later. Resolve the issue ASAP.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my esim transfer from old phone to new phone is not working, now I’m stuck with no signal on both phones, your customer care number is useless with infinite IVR options what’s the solution here? Or should I just get new number from different provider

    @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence Looks like Airtel no longer cares to resolve issues even after bringing to attention multiple times. Surprised that no one even bothers to give a call either to check or update. The IVR system just goes on loop. Chatbot is useless.
