    I purchased my second airtel sim in the year 2006 and I have been using it till now. I appreciate the airtel's service till now as the best service provider. But the service now they are showing is making me upset. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What a horrible service. If u forget to recharge Ur DTH by 1 day u need to pay late fine. What the hell service. For which u are taking late charge? Are you allowing to continue even there is no money. It's a prepaid until I have money I can watch

    @airtelindia have you completely given up on all your customers? Should we as a family just stop the whole package? No SIM support, no customer support, only IVR that solves zero problems!!! After 7 yrs, we are ready to give up all. Mobiles, broadband and DTH.

    @airtelindia promises new customers home SIM delivery. For existing ones, you can only get a replacement of a faulty SIM at their Centre. But 5 days after that, and charging me for the “service”, apparently “SIM activation request is not received.” What is this?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Team, why you guys have kept caling the 121/ customer care representative so hard? After about 2 mins of menu readings, when we finally press the correct option, we are asked to keep proper balance? Despite unlimited call package for whole year?
