    In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia To the old paln ie of 24th every month. Your guys have took old modem too, but then why I am being charged for the service. Also, I am posted in other city but internet is also required here so, have taken 4 casual leave to resolve this.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel mobile network is poor at Thousand light location chennai.I have raised a complaint but not even a single technician have visited my location nor customer care has reached for the complaint. Pathetic service from airtel.

    But since it is shift from one city to other they changed my number but interestingly that number cannot be registered in My Airtel App [see screenshot]. So from past 5 days I am daily calling Airtel Support and they are promising me daily [2/n]. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i am facing issue in recharging while using Airtel app, the Money has been deducted but recharge is still not done, tried to register complaint on the app but it shows broken. Please look into it ASAP.
