In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia If iam losing bcoz of internet issue. Airtel& service staffs are primary responsibility. I will take legacy actions vs Airtel for cheating me and telling fake promises next time it won't happen. 2 or 3 days internet disconnecting still no solution.

@airtelindia @Airtelcare what the hell is going on with your network. I can't use wifi i can't call anyone . It's been more than two days you are not solving the problem of your users . We are paying to avail services not to avail problems . It always shows no network available.

@Abhishe86832655 @airtelindia Mine is worse in Lucknow! Most of time the speed is 0.00 KB/s to maximum of 2.00MB/s that too just for 1 second till then never saw it again ! The average is From 0.00 to 20/30 KB whole day !!! 😭😭 My whole family are going to port it to jio !! Fed up of Airtel. @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence ,@airtelindia I upgrqded my airtel brodband plan and paid the advance rental and also enquired that I would require to have safe custody in near future , I was told any point of time I would be able to use the safe custody option. Today I called airtel customer.

@airtelindia it seems very disappointed that you are not able to provide 4G services in a way and moving to 5G, I am ur customer since 2014 and paying a bill of Rs 1500+/mnth, after that I am not gtng the best connectivity and resolution from your CCE team #porting to JIO

@ViCustomerCare No resolution provided for issue with international roaming pack worth ₹3495/-. Customer Care professional put me on hold indefinitely. Wasted an entire day in trying to get the issue resolved. Porting as soon as possible to @airtelindia or @reliancejio.
