    At our place, there is gud network signal of @airtelindia brand but poor 4g speed in surfing internet. In ur 2g network signal, it is worst. can't even contact with 2g user. 2g connectivity is horrible. A humble request u to plz fix this both 2g and 4g network. @Airtel_Presence

    connection outage for more than 15 days.Daily I called to customer care and one of floor supervisor always provide false promise "Defenetly issue will fix by end of the day and will call you" . I ever come accross this type of worst customer support experience.@airtelindia

    No internet on day times @reliancejio costumer service executives saying more number of users at specific location leads to network traffic since 3 years. While others like @airtelindia and @BSNLCorporate can Provide Best Connectivity services there.

    I opted for 4g plan for an year n ur Airtel ad say everywhere you will get 4g speed.if I dont get 4g will Airtel refund the money?.I don't get 4g speed inside home or my room.if I port to other network the plan is not transferred too @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI
