    What use is your commitment of being the best, when you can't even provide an ETA. Since yesterday there is a fixed line outage, on calling up customercare, all we get is that it'll be fixed by 8PM, then 11PM,then 11AM,then 3PM and now no response! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia From last one week , I am calling to the AIRTEL office for broadband issue. No action taken yet. I called to Gujarat Nodal number. NO RESPONSE. No surprise why people are getting so sick of your Network and moving out. You just provide the worst service to customers.
