    @airtelindia Opted for New Broadband connection with Airtel and team didn’t showed up for last 5 days. Post complaint with 121, I was been informed that due to congestion and ports unavailability connection couldn’t be provided. 👏🏻👏🏻Thanks for guiding me to ACT Fiber.

    Moreover, there isnt any option in the airtel app to raise a service ticket to solve my issue. Not sire if u guys have anytime tried. Let me know if such is available, i’ll feel happy to know tht @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @TRAI @airtelindia Dear sir, Kindly look into the matter. When there is a division of Talking time and Internet usage in every Recharge, merely on clicking on data doesn't allow service provider to deduct money from Talking time. This is like a Loot/cheating by Airtel.

    Airtel xtream fiber connection the worst in market. Salespersons r clueless, after sales service pathetic, techs r clueless, Speed on paper is 300Mbps but not once since getting the connection did i get a speed above 60-100Mbps. @consumerforum_ @airtelindia @jagograhakjago
