@airtelindia Hai I am an Airtel 1 customer where from last one year had a good service. Recently the plan is changed from 799 to 899 and The issue of bill as discussed at Airtel store is there will be one consolidated bill, but as received the bill is split .

@airtelindia Moreover my connection is poor and rarely in working condition. I have been giving multiple complaints over the past few days over the connectivity issue. With dwellings coming up in thousands in and around Bachupalli you need to come up with better service.

@airtelindia When DTH is prepaid and if you engineer is visiting to resolve the issue then why customer to pay for his visit charges of INR 150. Why this is not factored in recharge pack. Customer should pay only in case of breakage.
