    @airtelindia internet service is too poor, cannot reach you as there is no number to call and your app says it's working fine. Offcourse you will have zero complaints as you have made it impossible to file a complaint.

    Today I've made a recharge with 40+ days validity remaining. As per T&C of recharge, validity of new recharge should start post current pact expiry. However, to my utter surprise, the validity of new recharge started from today itself. Fix it now! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
