@airtelindia internet service is too poor, cannot reach you as there is no number to call and your app says it's working fine. Offcourse you will have zero complaints as you have made it impossible to file a complaint.

@airtelindia is robbing off consumers by not allowing outgoing sms in Rs79 plan,which forces consumers to opt for higher plans just to enable basic sms service. Really bad to see @Airtel_Presence deliberately forcing customers to opt for higher plans to increase profits(1/2)

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - I'm not able to view Star Sports after rain disrupted signal for a while. All other channels have been restored except for Star Sports ( 278 ). Highly frustrating. Your customer care number 198 is useless as it just redirects to use ur app.
