But Paying only to see your Set Top Box bcoz last 4 months unable to view most of time due to poor signal. Even a small wind can interrupt ur service. If I go for call log then you charging 150 for engineer visit.

How am I to enter password when you have no option of resetting it anywhere on the website or the app. Reset it from your end and DM me.
