@airtelindia @ airtel India I'm using ur DTH pathetic service for last one yr. But Paying only to see your Set Top Box bcoz last 4 months unable to view most of time due to poor signal. Even a small wind can interrupt ur service. If I go for call log then you charging 150 for engineer visit.

@airtelindia One of my neighbours number 9954199252 could not send text messages from his number...i tried a lot, message center number also been changed,but failed....plz solve the problem,he is a very old man

@airtelindia internet service is too poor, cannot reach you as there is no number to call and your app says it's working fine. Offcourse you will have zero complaints as you have made it impossible to file a complaint.

@airtelindia Tavelled to canada feb 26th, SIM worked until Mar 26 after that it is saying “no SIM card and no network connection”. I called Airtel customer care they have raised complaint 31-3607360229714. Till now it didn’t resolve. Can you resolve ASAP.

@airtelindia your setup box is not receiving signals and giving error code B001, there is no rain or weather disruption, if I schedule a technician visit, you ask for service charges, please sort without visit.

@airtelindia, What is your committed "Download" & "Upload" speed promised to your customers? Would the company specify it? Customers pay and expect the right service. Pls understand this. What you rolling out to the customers in the form of 4G is eyewash.

@airtelindia I spoke to a rude agent named "Nisha Khan", She was calling from pune and was offering me DTH service to avail. She did not have basic etiquettes to even speak to a customer. Can someone please call on an urgent basis.

@airtelindia you are giving ads that ZERO complaint by not allowing customers to LOG a complaint ? my number is not working for more than 20 days, Enterprise TEAM has got NO BRAINS to understand and there is no contact person details shared can I expect a resolution ?
