But Paying only to see your Set Top Box bcoz last 4 months unable to view most of time due to poor signal. Even a small wind can interrupt ur service. If I go for call log then you charging 150 for engineer visit.

They only started reading the terms and conditions after the issue occurred. Nothing about this limit was disclosed when I purchased the plan.

Customer care couldn’t provide any update and eventually disconnected the call. I have to vacate my room today. @AirtelWiFi143
