@airtelindia @ airtel India I'm using ur DTH pathetic service for last one yr. But Paying only to see your Set Top Box bcoz last 4 months unable to view most of time due to poor signal. Even a small wind can interrupt ur service. If I go for call log then you charging 150 for engineer visit.

@airtelindia internet service is too poor, cannot reach you as there is no number to call and your app says it's working fine. Offcourse you will have zero complaints as you have made it impossible to file a complaint.

I wanted to convert my family plan to prepaid sim. So, CC guided me to separate SIM & proceed with it. Now the address verification for separation is negative. CC says go to gallery, gallery people say call CC. Filing police complaint for fraud and misinformation @airtelindia

@airtelindia You fix your issues first. Recharge of 28 days expires in 27. Data should get renewed at 12midnight, takes way longer than that. On my vi number 1.5gb data doesn't ends and while using same apps ur 1.5gb dta vanishes before evening. I believe you guys are either novice or thieves
