But Paying only to see your Set Top Box bcoz last 4 months unable to view most of time due to poor signal. Even a small wind can interrupt ur service. If I go for call log then you charging 150 for engineer visit.

Your engineer marked shifting NOT FEASIBLE, yet neither service nor allowing disconnection.Fiber works in other towers in the same society just meters away, why not here?
