    @airtelindia @ airtel India I'm using ur DTH pathetic service for last one yr. But Paying only to see your Set Top Box bcoz last 4 months unable to view most of time due to poor signal. Even a small wind can interrupt ur service. If I go for call log then you charging 150 for engineer visit.

    @airtelindia internet service is too poor, cannot reach you as there is no number to call and your app says it's working fine. Offcourse you will have zero complaints as you have made it impossible to file a complaint.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel Broadband is at all time low, even for airtel black customers, dedicated customer support team is not able to assist or raise service request even after multiple interactions and app just dont give the options.#pathetic #poorcustomerservice

    @JioCare Jio mobile network does not work. Had changed my 2nd sim from Airtel to BSNL. Now again ported that to @airtelindia . It is managable though slow. Jio never cares for customer even after multiple complains. Had recharged for 1 year.
