@airtelindia internet service is too poor, cannot reach you as there is no number to call and your app says it's working fine. Offcourse you will have zero complaints as you have made it impossible to file a complaint.

@airtelindia @ airtel India I'm using ur DTH pathetic service for last one yr. But Paying only to see your Set Top Box bcoz last 4 months unable to view most of time due to poor signal. Even a small wind can interrupt ur service. If I go for call log then you charging 150 for engineer visit.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your Airtel Black is just marketing gimmicks. Switched to Airtel Black. My billing cycle changed, and bill raised without any information to me, no Email no SMS. Lodged complain regarding some DTH issues however even after 3 days it is pending?
