But Paying only to see your Set Top Box bcoz last 4 months unable to view most of time due to poor signal. Even a small wind can interrupt ur service. If I go for call log then you charging 150 for engineer visit.

Airtel always had such issues, 5g not working, network down etc, and these issues are fixed by airplane on/off or sim disable/enable. But again, read the terms and conditions you agreed to!

Both your chat support and phone support have been unhelpful, and my issue is still unresolved. The remote is less than a year old, so I expect a ASAP replacement under warranty.

Issue is usually at terminal end. Get router fixed from Airtel. Is your internet spotty as well. Try to see if it can hold a steady connection. (P.S. I am not talking of speed)
