But Paying only to see your Set Top Box bcoz last 4 months unable to view most of time due to poor signal. Even a small wind can interrupt ur service. If I go for call log then you charging 150 for engineer visit.

I am feeling very disappointed and cheated by his overall behaviour. Need urgent attention and resolution on this. This is impacting the goodwill of Airtel.

Although phones show 4G/5G, internet speed is extremely poor and calls are unstable. There is only one Airtel tower serving the entire area, and around 5,000 users are affected.
