@airtelindia internet service is too poor, cannot reach you as there is no number to call and your app says it's working fine. Offcourse you will have zero complaints as you have made it impossible to file a complaint.

@airtelindia @ airtel India I'm using ur DTH pathetic service for last one yr. But Paying only to see your Set Top Box bcoz last 4 months unable to view most of time due to poor signal. Even a small wind can interrupt ur service. If I go for call log then you charging 150 for engineer visit.

@airtelindia why does you app need need location and phone settings access to waive of late payment charges ? This is a serious privacy issue @TRAI has permission been given for mobile operator to track users and steal data like this? @DoT_India

@airtelindia its been 2 mths now the issue remains unresolved, applauding the great service. One of the worst service i have come across. Even after multiple tweets/ Dm’s you can’t solve the issue who is paying for your service.

Dear @airtelindia I have got a false transaction message from Airtel Bank. Even though I don't have any account. I tried to reach Customer care number but they just explaining recorded benefits of Airtel Bank. Your service is really bad.
