    @airtelindia I got confirmation mail from Airtel on 03/07/2019 stating that RS.706.82 will be refunded under service request no. 90604765 by 8th July 2019. Till date not received.

    @airtelindia Took ₹5000 for a 1-year roaming plan. SIM failed after 1 month. Roaming Department acknowledges the issue but refuses a refund or any practical replacement option outside India. 11 months of paid service lost. Supervisor Simple Shivani’s answer: “Not our problem.”

I have been waiting for a long time for a solution. But no one paid attention. I have two mobile connections and will port it soon because of your behaviour
