    I requested customer care representative to make complaint against this but they cannot as said. Since there is no complaint no. I could not able to contact nodal officer.... Finally I have to wait for 30 days. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews not worth for money

    @airtelindia The customer care of Airtel has become pathetic now a days. They use to hide the information and charge the late fee. When I spoke to Mr. Harsh (Customer Care) regarding this , he showed me the attitude in a way that Airtel is the only company in India !

    @airtelindia pathetic service by you in Prayagraj (UP). I have brodband connection of airtel and since last 15 days it get disconnected in every 5-10 minutes for 30-40 minutes. I have also filled complaint in Airtel thanks app but no action has been taken.
