    @ACTFibernet pathetic customer service, even after multiple complaints without resolving the issue everytime close the ticket has issue resolved. Be aware before taking up new connections @TRAI @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Last 15 days the wifi at my residence is not working and your team is unable to resolve the problem. Pathetic levels of service. Please look into seriously.

    @airtelindia I got confirmation mail from Airtel on 03/07/2019 stating that RS.706.82 will be refunded under service request no. 90604765 by 8th July 2019. Till date not received.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Around 2 weeks back I applied Airtel broadband. But I got an SMS that there is no service in my area. But last Saturday I received a call from Broadband Sales Team. They said, service is available & they request me to pay activation fee.

    @TRAI You people have messed up the DTH sector. I was paying ₹201/- per month. Now I need to pay more than ₹450/- for viewing same channels. My @airtelindia DTH service provider is charging ₹170/- as NCF.

    @SonalSh26771303 @airtelindia Same issue for me too .. No proper network coverage,call drops , data disconnects ,fake promises .. Complaint done 1.5 years back , still not resolved .. In India service providers will ask what is customer service .. Fate

    @airtelindia I'm really surprise how your support services have degraded to another level. I made a complaint 1 week ago and the issue is still not fixed. This makes me think if i should be switching to another network.

    @airtelindia You clam that you are the fastest network in India rigth. But I don't agree with that. Bcz I'm facing lot of problem bcz of low network. Recently my father change Airtel to jio. If this goes on you are going 2 loose a lot of costomer's. Here is my pin code no. 786602

    hey @airtelindia I need help, My phone suddenly got switched off because of low battery and now my mobile network is 2G mode, No matter how much I try to edit my settings. It is stuck into 2G mode and when I try to change into LTE mode it get's stuck into no tower at all. DM

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel black broadband shut down from morning. no one call or even receive an now they are unable to restore. Thank u #DigitalIndia.Will never recommend Airtel to any one. Should I switch to @reliancejio or local services.
