    @airtelindia, Day 7 of contacting customer support. Approximately the 15th call. Still no fix. One of the worst broadband providers I’ve experienced—poor connectivity, no accountability, and endless follow-ups with no resolution. The Wi-Fi is absolute crap. Enough is enough

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It has been over a week since my parents' fiber connection went down. Wire was cut, the technician came after 3 days, fixed the wire but not the internet, and promised to return and never did. Stopped picking calls. Then customer care promised a fix in 24 hours. That was 2 days ago. I live outside India. This connection is how I talk to my parents. A week of silence because nobody at Airtel closes what they open. Fix it by tomorrow or I am cancelling and moving to another provider.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI: Anuj - At this point, I think I've collected every version of Airtel's template responses. Unfortunately, I'm trying to collect internet connectivity, not canned apologies. It's been 72+ hours. Could someone replace the template with an actual resolution?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Proceed with disconnection of my One Airtel Plan 10101030830907 which has 2 DTH and 1 Wi-Fi. Don't want a service provider which can't arrange a technician visit for a week to resolve a signal issue in a city like Ahmedabad. #airtelblack #airtel
