    @airtelindia I have recharged with rs 79 without knowing that i can't sms anyone in this pack. I have to activate my upi id registered through this number. When I contcaed in customer service they are telling me if you have to sms someone than do recharge of minimum rs 129.

    @airtelindia Can you please let me know how to talk to customer care if calls incoming and outgoing are not working. I tried through 121 and selected appropriate option but I kicking out without getting a chance to talk to customer care. Please help.
