    @airtelindia Please tell me that whether a Broadband customer needs a full legal team to get the connection DISCONNECTED even after paying final bill. Its around 50 days I requested Disconnection at airtel store. Again small amount raised when I have paid all the bills in time

    I'm facing issue in service from last 3 hours and not even able to make any call for any customer or anyone else. I have reset APN setting 3 to 4 times but still the problem isn't resolving. Suggest what should I do? @airtelindia

    Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It has been more than 48 hours and the issue with my broadband connection is not yet resolved. I made countless call to customer and got same reply "my request is in progress and they are not able to reach engg.

    @airtelindia Hi, I have a website which uses @Cloudflare as a CDN provider. Cloudflare has multiple data centers in India. But the Airtel users are routed to London or Singapore data center which is slowing down my site. This is happening for the past 2 days. Please help.
