    @airtelindia, I was not getting network for last few days, I visited your Airtel store on Bhayander West in Preeti Tower. He informed the sim is damaged and I need to get a new sim, since I am a prepaid customer he asked me to pay 50rs.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia poor service by airtel xtreme . My Airtel xtreme id: 05672408353. Recharge validity expired 6 days earlier. I had recharged on 24th October for one month but validity expired on 19th November. Customer care made me wait for 1 hour but to no avail.

    Before the expiration of old one. But in the airtel app they are stating new recharge will be active after the expiration of old one. Gameplay @airtelindia. Your customer service guys are disconnecting calls without giving answer properly. Shame on you.
