    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , worst internet service provider, I suggest everyone never to choose airtel. Choose Jio or some other service provider. From last 6 months they haven't solved my problem just passed me by lame excuses.

    @Airtel_Presence No network coverage from past 24 hrs. I was denied support @airtelindia care coz in didn't have the hard-copy of ID proof. Those employees were not wear masks no sanitization followed at care center and no intent to help the customer?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My broadband is down since 5pm last evening. SR# 124817956. SLA was till 10.30 and now increased to 2 pm. I am unable to work as ur pathetic airtel mobile network also gives a single bar signal. Plz assign an engineer ASAP.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i am facing a challenge with my fibre connection for the last 2.5 days and Airtel does not bother to help or respond. Would appreciate if you can rectify the problem in the next hour else pls disconnect my fibre network & refund my money.
