@sumeetn @reliancejio @airtelindia Yeah they also require you to have and use your call/rupee balance in your account for placing calls, even when you have unlimited call plan! 🙄 Plus, it's a nightmare to try talk to their customer executive!

caveat emptor for all existing and future customers who would only be those who have not been cautioned about the systemic malpractices of @JioCare @reliancejio #customers Be fully aware they do not care. It's worth paying a few $s extra to @airtelindia and getting a fair service
