    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I'm black customer of Airtel but my broadband is not working properly from past 1 week and Airtel is not doing anything so I have prepared my mind to go with JIO Sorry Airtel I have to take this decision as problem is not taken care seriously.

    @airtelindia I paid for airtel Xtreme broadband on the 8th of June, its been 3 days and nobody has contacted me. installation and activation is still pending. I tried calling the customer service but there is no action so far. Request your help.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence sending the sms, I am only receiving the response as email id is not registered. To add up to it, I can't even talk to the customer care as I only have recharged with an unlimited pack and no talktime. Is this what should be expected of airtel?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews recvd a msg "effective 5-Jul-22, your current Airtel postpaid plan of 999 will get revised to Family Infinity 1199 Plan" I didnt made any request for change in plan,called the customer care but no proper response. How can u revise my plan
