    are reluctant to coordinate among themselves for the solution. I guess the customer has to suffer all the burden of the tie ups. @airtelindia and @amazonIN Why didi you tie up for a service if your support teams cannot coordinate among themselves? 1 month past and yt no solution

    @airtelindia This is the 2nd time my Airtel SIM stopped working innthe last 2 years, 1st time due to lockdown issues, I was not able to get any help and was not able to use the services I paid for. This time I was using my dad's sim card in Delhi and my Dad is in Bihar and again

    My SIM stopped working yesterday and went to Airtel store at 502220 for SIM replacement but they refused to provide services since im using Postpaid connection. Suggested to travel Hyderabad to get the postpaid SIM. This is the worst support for postpaid customers.@airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your service is pathetic now. Internet speed is 0 here. At home my 4g working properly but here in office I can't even send a whatsapp message. And your customer care ivrs have no option to connect to human.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - Guys it seems you have a major DNS issue. Many connected to Airtel WIFI are unable to connect to their offices via VPN/Pulse secure. Many are trying to reach your customer care but to no avail. Work from home is impacted for many. @pradipt
