@airtelindia the amount waived me digitally can’t be used for recharging,then wht is the use of waiving it back then? such a bad company they got wrong still they r not giving me anything,i deserve one recharge from them? never seen this type of behaviour in any other company!!!

@airtelindia How to make your complaint count “0” (which is promoted)? Ask @airtelindia. Create so many steps in IVR that customer doesn’t reach any of the customer service representative to ensure no Complaint is logged. Kudos to entire @airtelindia team.

@airtelindia airtel permanently disconnected my mob number and saying I will have to reapply for my own number. What a service in COVID times. I will take legal course if ever my number goes to anyone else. There can not be bigger harassment than this. @rsprasad @VittalGopal

@airtelindia worst customer care support for setup box. Monthly Charges are very high still there is no technical support. Hmesha channel gayeb ho jaate hai, technical engineer meter leke aata hai, idher udher krta hai, channel aa jaate hai or 150 leke chala jata hai.
