There is no communication on the problem or eta on solution. Local area internet provider is working fine. Cheap service.

Then close the request, never followup, generates bills and start calling 10 times in a day to irritate so people pay

Many people in my area are planning to switch to Jio once their recharge ends. Customer support is also unhelpful.
