    Unable to send messages even have balance in my Airtel mobile number. Talked to customer care they said, from 19th June SMS sending functionality is only for that customer who will recharge their mobile number with unlimited plan else not allowed to send SMS. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Again, there is a trouble now. no WiFi from morning. In a row, am complaining for this nth time. pls rectify and not just that. Make sure that it doesn't happen again. if it gets repeated, I have to change my provider.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence very bad customer service there is no customer care no. if I call 121 it keep saying press this for this reason even if I press it keep saying it . And Airtel thanks app if my internet isn't working than how am i suppose to complain through it .
