    @airtelindia absolutely frustrated with the services. Airtel Broadband doesn't work - struggling with WiFi connectivity now since a month. Paid 900+ months rent in advance, all going to waste as I'm using Vi phone network for connectivity. BTW, my DTH remote stopped too. 😖

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia As I needed the connection for 2 more days so support team suggested that I call back again on 4th August and can get the request raised for disconnection and refund will happen in my account. So I called 198 today and was shocked to get new info
