    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Also your team has given me a false commitment that it will be resolved by 2.30 pm however when I called your customer care executive they said that there is a window of 24 hours for issue and sales team has given a false commitment.

    @airtelindia Please understand my situation almost 4 months over,Almost 500 calls 1000 msgs 200 hours of customer care calls.Visited all airtel stores almost 10+ times that too long distance .I bought Airtel Xstream Stick cost 4000rs [ My contact number 8374019997 , Kiran]
