    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Also your team has given me a false commitment that it will be resolved by 2.30 pm however when I called your customer care executive they said that there is a window of 24 hours for issue and sales team has given a false commitment.

    @airtelindia .. Is there a outage in Chennai area (Pin code 603103) ? Two of my connections on Airtel postpaid is not working properly for last few days, the networks dies after a few seconds. It wakes up after phone reset, then again dies out. very intermittent and unstable.

    @airtelindia I have to bear a shifting charge to shift my WiFi within city while if I take a new connection installation is free with one month free trial. You aced in finding new ways to punish a loyal customer. Nonsensical policy!!

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence call drop and network issues when resolved. When I complain on your airtel web portal we get a complain number and then get massege from airtel your problem resolved after 2 days. Problem not resolved please take immediate action.

    @Airtel_Presence I DM you all details yesterday but don’t see any improvement. Please look into it, specifically download speed. Every month internet use is around 300GB. I might change service provider if its not resolved today. @airtelindia
