@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Also your team has given me a false commitment that it will be resolved by 2.30 pm however when I called your customer care executive they said that there is a window of 24 hours for issue and sales team has given a false commitment.

The @airtelindia esim got disabled just like that, and no way to enable it on iPhone, the customer care @Airtel_Presence have no idea and asking to visit the physical store. So much for digital India. It’s time to completely break away from Airtel.
