@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Also your team has given me a false commitment that it will be resolved by 2.30 pm however when I called your customer care executive they said that there is a window of 24 hours for issue and sales team has given a false commitment.

If you know that even after expiration of unlimited pack.can't make calls using the main balance why have you credited as a main balance (said life time validity). So you are giving solutions as temporarily not as permanent solution. @airtelindia

@airtelindia is someone paying any heed to your customers. Complaints logged in January remains unresolved. Customer care says matter is escalated. Apathy towards customers forces them to port out.

@airtelindia Auto-refill of prepaid recharge balance in retailer account is a big issue for GST.Distributors claim they have no record and cant issue bills for such transactions unless we give details which may be misused too.We cant claim ITC. @GST_Council @gsthelpline
