@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Also your team has given me a false commitment that it will be resolved by 2.30 pm however when I called your customer care executive they said that there is a window of 24 hours for issue and sales team has given a false commitment.

@rockyandmayur @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence When I sent them an email they replied with their general excuse that the email id is not registered with us, and how to register that they said you would receive an OTP on your number. Somebody tell these idiots of Airtel that this is what the issue is. I am not receiving SMS.

@rockyandmayur @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I couldn't agree more. Their service is pathetic, worst. I have been following up with them for more than 2 months for my SMS issues. Still no resolution. The worst thing is I even can't port my number to another carrier, as it too needs the SMS service.
