@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Also your team has given me a false commitment that it will be resolved by 2.30 pm however when I called your customer care executive they said that there is a window of 24 hours for issue and sales team has given a false commitment.

Just like many of us, had our BSNL landline disconnected owing to the advent of mobile services. But the kind of pathetic service @airtelindia is now providing near my house, I am seriously regretting my decision. Every call needs to be answered by stepping out of the house.

I'm using airtel broadband since Aug'21. I took the 5g network plan, it was good for 4 - 5 months. But after that I'm not able to use the 5g network. I tried to connect with the airtel technician who came to fit the broadband. But they are not solving the issue. @airtelindia
