    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Also your team has given me a false commitment that it will be resolved by 2.30 pm however when I called your customer care executive they said that there is a window of 24 hours for issue and sales team has given a false commitment.

    Disappointed with @airtelindia and @perplexity_ai. Their partnership is forcing you as an end user to pay for an AI that you may or may not find value in. I tried “managing my subscription” through the app — but since I’m on IOS and it’s not managed by Apple you can’t unsubscribe there. I tried “managing my subscription” through the browser — but perplexity only allows you to upgrade and pay more. Not cancel a free Airtel provided subscription. At this point it is just disappointing to see that’s how they making these frustrating dark patterns. As a regular developer it should be easy to for someone like to figure this out. But if I can’t — I wonder what’s happening to all the other regular folk out there. Good luck trying to mail their support.

    Extremely disappointed with the broadband service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. It has been 3 days since I requested my Wi-Fi shift, and despite multiple follow-ups, no technician has been assigned. SR: 10986498977 Kindly resolve this on priority today.
