@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Also your team has given me a false commitment that it will be resolved by 2.30 pm however when I called your customer care executive they said that there is a window of 24 hours for issue and sales team has given a false commitment.

@airtelindia When Airtel extreme was not functioning 2 days, then you must add additional 2 days in monthly validity.If you don't give us 1 day over & above the validity,same rule applies to you also.When r we getting landline service,promised at the time of installation?

@JioCare the promised resolution time for request ID SR000016V3RG has elapsed and no one from Jio even cared to contact. Two days without internet is not acceptable. If you don’t intend to provide timely service, please let me know, I will consider moving to @airtelindia
