    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Also your team has given me a false commitment that it will be resolved by 2.30 pm however when I called your customer care executive they said that there is a window of 24 hours for issue and sales team has given a false commitment.

    @airtelindia I want to lodge a serious complaint against one of your executives. He informed me that my Airtel Fiber installation could not proceed due to building management permission issues and assured me the order would be cancelled and my refund processed.

    @airtelindia @jagograhakjago nothing has changed, you poor service remain poor. Poor 5g remain 2g. Not only me, entire apartment society is has a same impression on Airtel. Will definitely move away from Airtel.

    Since Monday, all weโ€™ve been getting are endless promises โ€œby morning,โ€ โ€œby evening,โ€ โ€œin a few hoursโ€ but still NO INSTALLATION. Completely unacceptable customer service. Please stop giving false timelines and get this resolved immediately. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @Airtel_Presence Nice copy-paste reply, @airtelindia, but it doesn't address my issue. I'm not travellingโ€”I'm always at home, your 5G Unlimited doesn't work. But when I buy a โ‚น49 data pack, I get high-speed internet in the same location. Explain this and stop sending generic replies.

    @airtelindia I am facing issues in my airfiber from last 15 days, requested cancelation for the same then i received bill of day's from which connection is not working, i already registered complaint from the issue date still you deducted my money. Very poor service. @trai
