@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Also your team has given me a false commitment that it will be resolved by 2.30 pm however when I called your customer care executive they said that there is a window of 24 hours for issue and sales team has given a false commitment.

Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia certainly i know Airtel is d best when it comes about DTH. Today my service request was closed as resolved but it wasn't. Idk wht kind of fool is sitting as service engineer who did this. I'll provide u the srvc nmbr in DM once u reply.
