@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Also your team has given me a false commitment that it will be resolved by 2.30 pm however when I called your customer care executive they said that there is a window of 24 hours for issue and sales team has given a false commitment.

@airtelindia, Today from 6:30 PM to 8:50 PM there is no network in our area. There is no backup means how can we trust this network. Before 4 or 5 years ago we use to pay how much we use now it's all become you decide the package you decide the rates. @PMOIndia #veryworstnetwork

@airtelindia Opted for the plan, but without any thanks benefits as shared all over....really pathetic customer experience and issue resolution. Social media team just keep on sending we have highlighted the issue ,but no action in place.....way to go airtel
