    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Also your team has given me a false commitment that it will be resolved by 2.30 pm however when I called your customer care executive they said that there is a window of 24 hours for issue and sales team has given a false commitment.

    How is that justified? You claim to be the fastest and best still all I ever encountered was bumps where it's network issues or data issues or broadband connection. Horrible experience. Seriously regretting. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia promoting 5G but looking failure to provide 4G in India.. I hv network issue in my area and escalated this issue 4-5 Month before and still chasing but still not resolved. Now accept " hum se naa ho payega ".
