@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Also your team has given me a false commitment that it will be resolved by 2.30 pm however when I called your customer care executive they said that there is a window of 24 hours for issue and sales team has given a false commitment.

Emailed my issue to Airtel customer support, ombudsperson, Mr. Hemin Gujarat Head and many other persons but not even a single response received Had a word on call with Mr. Hemin, Mr. Nikkimikki and Mr. Manoj Pandey but all failed to solve the issue. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
