    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Also your team has given me a false commitment that it will be resolved by 2.30 pm however when I called your customer care executive they said that there is a window of 24 hours for issue and sales team has given a false commitment.

    @airtelindia we moved from Mumbai to Bengaluru and ported from airtel Mumbai to airtel Bengaluru. And the billing confusion and heartache for us as a longstanding customer is shocking! We have spoken to 7 different people so far and the incompetence is mind boggling!!
