@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Also your team has given me a false commitment that it will be resolved by 2.30 pm however when I called your customer care executive they said that there is a window of 24 hours for issue and sales team has given a false commitment.

(tbc) instead of paying my broadband bill, they took it as an advance payment to the DTH account. When we complained to @airtelindia, they said they will refund it and created 2 requests - 56639744 & 57003143 but never resolved it. (tbc2)
