@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Also your team has given me a false commitment that it will be resolved by 2.30 pm however when I called your customer care executive they said that there is a window of 24 hours for issue and sales team has given a false commitment.

My @airtelindia Xtream Fibre wifi is down from the past two days. The customer support 121 has no idea what the problem is. They keep prolonging the expected resume time, 2 PM then 5PM then 7 PM and the they tell it will be fixed the next day. SR no. 129104438. @Airtel_Presence.
