    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Also your team has given me a false commitment that it will be resolved by 2.30 pm however when I called your customer care executive they said that there is a window of 24 hours for issue and sales team has given a false commitment.

    @airtelindia customer service is worst . It's so bad we have to wait and follow AI for 10 minute before they connect . Even after they never give solution and tell us wait for 14 days . It's fraud . You people think we are slave of your service @TRAI @Airtel_Presence

I have call him 100+ times??

    @airtelindia seems to be worst service provider. Inspite Full DND, they are continuously calling for recharge validity. One SMS is sufficient for customer's info. Customer have the full right to decide whether he wants to recharge his number or not. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia.. pathetic customer support. You are intentionally cheating customers and making them pay higher bills. Inspite of so many calls to customer care, visits to airtel store, direct messages in twitter and facebook, I got no resolution. Only false promises by Airtel.

    Dear @airtelindia , You have suspended my postpaid phone connection yesterday which I was using since last 8 years. @Airtel_Presence Kindly check & fix the issue asap. There are documentation related pathetic answers by customer care on this.

    @airtelindia Horrible services being rendered. I have been calling and complaining regarding 0124-4007376 for the past 45 days and there has been bo action being taken so far. I am going ahead with legal action

    @airtelindia @airtelnews i have requested to shift my connection within the city on 30th sep. Till now no service provider came to shift my connection. Already talked to customer care they are only telling me that it will be fixed by tomorrow. But till now no action take. 😡
