@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Also your team has given me a false commitment that it will be resolved by 2.30 pm however when I called your customer care executive they said that there is a window of 24 hours for issue and sales team has given a false commitment.

@airtelindia hello, having tough time as always with your CC as i don't get to speak to any executive. the IVR seems designed to trouble the customers and to save cost. I have a fibre BB at my home, it's expired, i want to reactivate it, but no way i can raise a request. Pathetic

Very bad service of Airtel xstream internet service. Kal se connection nahi hai, 5 baar complain karne ke baad bhi thik nahi kiya . Students of my institutes facing problems. I think it's time to switch and go for jio fibre. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
