@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Also your team has given me a false commitment that it will be resolved by 2.30 pm however when I called your customer care executive they said that there is a window of 24 hours for issue and sales team has given a false commitment.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My HD+ settop box is not working, complaint no. 44717874. Engineer says they don't have card based box so I have to buy a new conn worth Rs 1800. What is this? Last time tatasky upgraded their box free. I'll switch to tata instead buying Airtel again

@Airtel_Presence I approached you on overcharged in Jun’21 postpaid bill and was expected to get the overcharged amount waived off. I understood now, you are pretending as if you would resolve a problem up to customer satisfaction but NOT IN REALITY and making customer FOOL.@airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence Just got an SMS saying "Your issue has been closed" But I'm still unable to do a simple bill payment. So the issue persists. Also, who did you confer with before declaring the issue closed? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Is this how you do business?
