@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Also your team has given me a false commitment that it will be resolved by 2.30 pm however when I called your customer care executive they said that there is a window of 24 hours for issue and sales team has given a false commitment.

@airtelindia For more than 2 weeks my broadband internet is not working. I have complained for it to Airtel. Everytime I was informed by airtel that problem will be resolved in 24 hrs. But still my internet is not working so I request you to please refund my advance rental

Dear @airtelindia Take it as a complain from my side. Your Network (Internet) coverage is pathetic in South Patel Nagar, New Delhi. Nd, I don't know why?! This location is one of the prime location in central delhi but I'm unable to fathom problem from ur side. Kindly look.
