    What kind of customer service is this @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ? In less than 15 min. I've to call more than 15times to the same person to talk, cz either yr network says that all lines are busy or call disconnect automatically Pin -733142, Basuria, D/Dinajpur. Disgusting.

    The company seems to have forgotten that mobiles are used by poor people too. Protest for raising the minimum recharge from 99 to 155 @airtelindia
