Just switched to @airtelindia. And just like that, all my problems have disappeared. I get full speed 4G at my home and I can call and receive calls from other people! Something so simple @Idea couldn’t fix. Anyway, the nightmare is over! Hope y’all had a happy Halloween 🎃

@airtelindia I never have got as many calls if I ever raised an issue as I have in past 3 days despite making the payment, just coz ur softwares are dated the payment made takes two days to reflect and the amazing part is I don’t even have network on my phone

@Hrishikeshkadam @VodafoneIN For good 4G internet @airtelindia is best choice. @reliancejio is bit slower than airtel4g. @Idea n @VodafoneIN network issue and packets drop seen, also connection drops, network swaps to 3g. Thy need major upgrade. Conclusion, Airtel Wins. Tested them all..

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The router indicates LOS meaning there is problem with your fiber optic , I am surprised how can @airtelindia not care or respond or fix this when so many customers would have been affected, atleast the acknowledgement if not proactive msg should have been given.
