    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Absolutely disgusting that you don't seem to have even a single bar of service in the middle of the city at a hospital. What if somebody needed to call for an emergency? It's beyond me how you want to charge more for no service.

    I just spoke to @airtelindia support they gave me 9987244865 number but didn't provide me reference number. Support team is telling me to wait for more 72hrs even after waiting for 72hrs. I need this issue to be resolved asap. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Your 3G and 4G services don't work in Vasco Goa area. Very bad network here. Range drops to zero level and regains after 1 min.

    Work from home is the new normal now and @airtelindia is giving pathetic network which is not helping at all, The 4G speeds are horrible and the 4G network disappears after every 30secs. What's wrong @Airtel_Presence ?

    @asxna @airtelindia specifically Airtel Black. Normal Airtel, might not be that good in customer service, but Airtel Black, definitely is the best. Get connected in under 1 minute. Dedicated relationship team helps and they do regular follow up.

    @ViCustomerCare I want to Port my sim to @airtelindia. But can't send message to 1900 even though I have balance in my sim. Talk to ur cust care they are asking me to pay 128 more to be able to send messages. What kind of customer trapping is this. Why should I pay more? @TRAI
