    Aitel is completely unprofessional. If u r into airtel black u get to RM within secs. Once u r out from airtel black and call customer care, unnecessary call routing happening and they set the language to hindi which i couldnt understand at all.. #airtelthanks @airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia is there any reason for selling existing numbers as part of prepaid and new customer go through all harassment calls. Customer service doesn't help on this factor. Any alternative to get out of the problem

    @airtelindia i am currently facing terrible data quality in my location. Data speeds during day time are around 0.01 mbps to 1.1mbps, even streaming 480p videos is impossible. Please improve data quality in my location as there are many airtel users. Poonamallee chennai-600056

    @airtelindia my data services aren't working for over a month now & your team isn't resolving it. Rather they read a funny policy - I need to pay till it shows an active account in your records irrespective of service working or not. @TRAI @consumerforum_ please check such policy

    What's happening in @airtelindia @airtelnews I have raised a complaint regarding internet is not connecting from 14th aug at 12pm but still I didn't get a single call from airtel representative, VERY VERY POOR SERVICE from airtel and this is not a 1st time.

    @airtelindia. I need a straightforward answer to this. I use hotspot while driving or on a long trip, to connect to my laptop or my kids tab. Are you blocking the hotspot? I don't want to get stranded or looking for Wifi while on travel. My hotspot usage rarely exceeds 2GB per month. Respond with clear policies, or the impact of this new policy change. Regards, A concerned customer, having family postpaid for 2 decades with Airtel.

    @airtelindia i port my number from @JioCare coz i was facing network issues. But your network is worst. The network drops. The 5G doesn't work. U switch 5G to 4G the moment there is internet sharing. The 4G is horrible. Waiting for this month to be over so I can switch back.

    @Manik_M_Jolly @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I faced a similar issue a year back. In my case they had picked up the modem but still kept harassing me over phone for return of modem until some 30-45 days back. No amount of informing the telecaller that modem has been picked up helped.

    @airtelindia worst service ever , why the hell you guys still in the market .. if current cuts off tower went off and after current came it takes hardly 10 minutes to retrieve the regular connection.. I’m paying monthly 400 Rs can’t even use properly

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress Ur network is terrible. I'm facing this issue every month. My Wi-Fi stops working 2–3 times a month & each outage last 4–5 days. Despite this, u still charge the full monthly fee. Why r u fooling and scamming ur customers? This is completely unacceptable. #PoorService #WiFi #Scam
