    @airtelindia I had connectivity issue with my Aitel dth, if a customer has issue its company responsibility to solve the issue. But charging for a visit is 2 much in terms of convitivity.

    @airtelindia My DTH problem more then a week. I try to call your customer care nothing will connect waiting period 15 minutes and try to use your airtel app nothing happen it’s waste of time may I continue my connection or disconnect!! your suggestion please!!

    I requested customer care representative to make complaint against this but they cannot as said. Since there is no complaint no. I could not able to contact nodal officer.... Finally I have to wait for 30 days. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews not worth for money

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is there a problem on activating #facetime in iPhone? I tried 5 times and each time Rs5 lost and total of 25 gone. 😕 bad experience and still activation was unsuccessful. Can we anyone checked please.

    Making a second call to customer care “specialist” at @airtelindia Still on hold at 13mins. Listening to an annoying caller tune. Pro tip: make your caller tune incorrigible so people stop calling in this case unhappy or in trouble customers.
