Converted my Airtel postpaid to prepaid and not able to recharge,money got debited with unsuccessful recharge message. Customer service accepted the issue and very cool. No incoming services util it gets solved.@Airtel_Presence,@airtelindia No more India's leading network

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Airtel support just s****.Support team did not provide any solution for more than 4 days & keep on asking the same old questions for which answered already. Now every Airtel numbers we have in our family will switch to Jio on the same day

Why do we have so many line drops @airtelindia? I lodged a complaint, was told someone would visit at 3:15. At 2:15, got a msg saying issue resolved. It asks me to reply with 1 if I'm happy or 2 if I'm not. When I type 2, it says msg not delivered. Is that deliberate?
