    @airtelindia Visited airtel store urapakkam, chennai, today.Customer care executive (Mr. Prakash and Mr. Sayed) demanding the Rs.350 on the name SIM portability.They do have any evidence for above claim Surprised to see that the company like airtel has no written rule at store

    @airtelindia How overwhelming it is to survive just with brand name and not efficient service ? I raised a issue with my broadband on 16th December ser. Rq. No.125581416. Issue still not resolved and we are Deeply distressed with your poor service. Work on your logistics.

    due to pathetic 4G speed of @airtelindia, going to port out to @reliancejio. @Airtel_Presence used to be the best network but now the network quality is pathetic, especially the data speed literally sucks and tests ur patience,in 2004 used to get better internet speed in #Airtel

    What's happening in @airtelindia @airtelnews I have raised a complaint regarding internet is not connecting from 14th aug at 12pm but still I didn't get a single call from airtel representative, VERY VERY POOR SERVICE from airtel and this is not a 1st time.

    @airtelindia Airtel providing services as government no one responds to issues, 3rd class useless services, don’t risk your money with Airtel bank it’s scam, you will never know when your mobile number is issued to someone, without any notice, Airtel is supporting cyber crime.

    Pathetic N/w coverage & customer service from @ACTFibernet ! @airtelindia network is much better than ur so called 100Mbps broadband connection which gets disconnected often! Stop asking customers to restart their routers when the problem lies elsewhere!

    @airtelindia Part 3: Rightfully if you cannot provide a proper solution refund what I paid as recharge .Only thing your fast at is sending 50% & 90% data is consumed

    @airtelindia my data services aren't working for over a month now & your team isn't resolving it. Rather they read a funny policy - I need to pay till it shows an active account in your records irrespective of service working or not. @TRAI @consumerforum_ please check such policy

    Worst cabling always break down. Did you check how many times you work on same issue? Bad behaviour and bad attitude while talking. Do @airtelindia impose some template/etiquette to field engineers on how to answer a customer?

    @airtelindia Very frustrating customer service 1. Ported phone from vodafone to Airtel 2 Both parties approve & porting done 3. Vodafone show pending amount after 2 months! 4. There is no way to pay for inactive no 5. Struggle for 1 week to find method of paying an old no 6. Done & Vodafone confirmed lifting lock 7. No still not active after 1 week 8. Online overseas call said go to store after 15 of charging international call😳 9. Store in Ahmedabad said can b done in Mumbai only😳 10 its for a sr citizen who cant go out! 11 Sent email to support Pl advice how to manage now! Chasing from 1 month #BadCustomerSupport
