    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have noticed that whenever we have power issue in our area, your airtel network signal get lost as well... We I can conclude this that you do not have required power backup for your airtel tower in my area as per @TRAI regulation.

    @airtelindia @DoT_India @airtelindia As there is no response, tried debugging myself. It's night 11:40PM and now the pings to Cloudfare DNS(1.1.1.1) are relatively better. Definitely it seems 5G uplink congestion during daytime. Can you lock my band to a lesser congested one or work on any alternative fix? Strangely my Airtel 5G mobile hotspot works much better during daytime.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it’s been 120 days since I requested to change the modem due to problem which was approved and got 40 engineer visits schedule messages till now, but no one visited yet. Each time they postpone and closed saying resolved. Are you fooling us 😡😡😡

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @jagograhakjago I mislead by one your sales person into taking a new sim along with the sim I was porting to Airtel. Cancel the free Sim card. No customer care or Airtel store is ready to help. This is forcing to pay for the service I don't want.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia 5/6 What is even more shocking is that I was told the store manager said Airtel has no service/process for Merchant Navy/Seamen in such cases. People working at sea for months should not lose access to their mobile numbers simply because they cannot walk into a store.

    I recently ported in my number into @airtelindia . My number is activated in Airtel but I am facing multiple issues while using the services. 1. Enable VOLTE on my number from your side. VOLTE is enabled in my device but not enabled in your system.

    @TRAI I receive at least 10 calls every day for loan offers. Why there is no option or way of getting rid of these calls permanently? Thanks to @airtelindia for showing SPAM WARNING but that’s not enough. I have activated DND for all type of promotional calls but it seems not working.
