    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have noticed that whenever we have power issue in our area, your airtel network signal get lost as well... We I can conclude this that you do not have required power backup for your airtel tower in my area as per @TRAI regulation.

    @airtelindia Completely unacceptable service. Ticket (ID: 11028768410) was raised, no resolution provided, and now it’s CLOSED without fixing the issue. Subscription still not working on @perplexity_ai. This is negligence, not support. Reopen & resolve immediately. #Airtel

    @airtelindia But so far not even a single call to adress this concern Supriyo Horrible experience if the issue hasn’t been resolved immediately i’ll change my network to some other one

    @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare Every day, once or twice, the network stops working. Even though it shows 4G/5G, it often drops to 2G signal, and this has been happening for quite some time. If you can’t provide proper service, then shut down your network in this area.

    @airtelindia My AirFiber has not been working for the last 4 days.I have already lodged a complaint,but no technician has visited yet,and the issue is still unresolved.This delay is causing serious inconvenience.Kindly arrange for an urgent visit and resolve the problem as asap.
