    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have noticed that whenever we have power issue in our area, your airtel network signal get lost as well... We I can conclude this that you do not have required power backup for your airtel tower in my area as per @TRAI regulation.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Still issue not resolved...we are unable to watch channels since 12 days ...even after recharging of Rs 3300.00 Such Shameless staffs....no one attending complaint...10 days over... Shame on you... Refund my money immediately.

    I am going to officially shift from @airtelindia to some other networks. Even Jio and Vodafone is working fine in Vasai virar after such heavy rains! Worst service by Airtel!

    @Airtel @airtelindia register a complaint and ask for 8 days to resolve, after 8 days without resolution send an sms saying your issue is closed and resolved, if not another 8 days and the complaint opens! Is this some kind of scam??

    @JioCare But I want a refund. Because I already booked Airtel fiber and airtel's wifi expert reached within 3 hour and my wifi connection is almost done @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia So please provide me my refund. Your fiber service and your engineer is very bad and not any response

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Not a single SMS, email, or phone call from Airtel regarding my complaint. Customer care gave me a technician's number. I called 6 times before he answered, only to say the ticket wasn't assigned to him and asked me to call customer care again.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel Xstream Fiber has been completely DOWN for 3 days in Moshi, Pune. No real updates, just automated msg with fake, ever-changing resolution times. Absolutely pathetic and unprofessional. You only act professional when a bill is due.Fix this now!
