    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have noticed that whenever we have power issue in our area, your airtel network signal get lost as well... We I can conclude this that you do not have required power backup for your airtel tower in my area as per @TRAI regulation.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, I want to convert my current Airtel number to eSIM but I am not getting any help. I checked out a couple of Airtel stores but it was of no help. They are saying eSIM services are not working from past few days. Can you help here?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence nobody’s listening and reacting on my complaint and request of new connection. I don’t what kind of upgradation you are doing if you can’t able to provide services on time to your 10-12 year old customers.

    @airtelindia @AirtelXtream i have raised several service request,but not a single engineer has come to fix the problem in last 24 hours, and the CS team is bluffing since long. We have text messages and phone recordings. This is absolutely pathetic SR no. -10094105553
