We I can conclude this that you do not have required power backup for your airtel tower in my area as per @TRAI regulation.

Govt company with too many legacy issues.. still promoting 4G itself tells their state of affairs. Ideally, govt should have closed the company but these BSNL have infra and state has dependency w.r.t secrecy. So, forget BSNL Rs 1 at your own peril.

I’ve been following up **daily since 11th Aug**, but no response or resolution. My request still shows **“In Progress.”** Please resolve this urgently.
