    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have noticed that whenever we have power issue in our area, your airtel network signal get lost as well... We I can conclude this that you do not have required power backup for your airtel tower in my area as per @TRAI regulation.

    @airtelindia Really poor service. I purchased a Airtel Black Plan. Airtel claim promise as priority resolution. I submitted a complaint regarding voice call issue but today completed 12 days still no one had called me or no one resolved the query.. really poor network
