@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have noticed that whenever we have power issue in our area, your airtel network signal get lost as well... We I can conclude this that you do not have required power backup for your airtel tower in my area as per @TRAI regulation.

@Airtel_Presence Update- As i said, you once again closed my service request without any real resolution. I have given my dissatisfaction code to reopen the service request but think of that you once again arbitrarily closed my request is absolutely unacceptable. @airtelindia @DoT_India

@airtelindia I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I paid ₹500 on 11 August 2026 for a new IPTV connection. Since then, despite multiple follow-ups with customer care, I have only been told, “It will be done today.” Unfortunately, no installation done.

So let's understand what this means. 1. Third party providers get their money because they have marked the ticket/service request as being complete 2. Airtel continues to get their money from the customer and they are unaware that the customer's problem has not been solved 3. Customer problem never gets solved and has to constantly call airtel and spend hours speaking to ineffective and incompetent call answerers. If you don't see a problem in this, you must wake up. But the bigger question is - how can a third party vendor obtain an OTP sent by airtel system to a customer's mobile and use it to close the ticket/service request? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia I booked Airtel Xstream Fiber, paid the advance, and I’m still waiting for installation. The installation date has been changed multiple times, the technician isn’t responding, and now I’m being told there is a backend issue with no confirmed installation time. I’ve asked the POC to cancel it, but I’m unable to find any proper cancellation journey. When I go to the Chat option in the Airtel app, there are standard issue templates, but there is no option for a new Wi-Fi connection that has been paid for but not yet installed. I assume this is because my profile previously only had mobile services. But now I have ordered and paid for Wi-Fi — so where exactly is the customer journey to raise a complaint or cancel the order before installation? Even when I call customer care, there is no clear language selection before being pushed through the IVR. How are you expecting customers to navigate this if you don't even establish their preferred language first? I genuinely don't understand these user journeys. Please cancel my Wi-Fi order and initiate my refund. I don't want to keep chasing different people for something that should have a straightforward cancellation process.
