    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have noticed that whenever we have power issue in our area, your airtel network signal get lost as well... We I can conclude this that you do not have required power backup for your airtel tower in my area as per @TRAI regulation.

    Same scenario near vasanth nagar, kphb. Raised complaint 3 times, they asked to share the location and I did. They closed the ticket after few days, saying it got resolved. Not callback to check/feedback. Pathetic service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    Req#. 11035993927, 13894971317. 2 full days without internet. No resolution, no clear update, just radio silence. Unacceptable service. Needs immediate escalation and resolution NOW @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @fiestahomesaoa

    I raised an Airtel Broadband shifting request on 22 July (Request ID: 10999881612) with the scheduled shifting date of 23 July. The request is still pending with no update. Today, I called customer care to check the status, but I was kept on hold for several minutes @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence,my DTH has "No Signal" & service fully down.Called customer care (9810012345), & they r demanding technician visit charges 2 fix YOUR signal issue.Why should I pay visit fee 4 service fault?Resolve immediately without unfair charges. 10101021387724.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My broadband connection has been unusable for 12 days. Your team has closed my complaint three times without resolving the issue. Is this how you treat your users? Please fix this or upgrade my line to Fibre immediately! Broadband ID: 01101522002_DSL
