    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have noticed that whenever we have power issue in our area, your airtel network signal get lost as well... We I can conclude this that you do not have required power backup for your airtel tower in my area as per @TRAI regulation.

    @airtelindia Your Broadband has the worst customer service. I have being calling customer care but the issue isn't resolved. It's been more than 2 days no internet connection had to rely on Mobile data.

    Dear @Airtel_Presence how do we know the recently ported number is activated? For one of my number, porting is done, I inserted new @airtelindia sim & I see the signal but unable to call/receive calls. Says, not registered on Network. How can I talk to a Customer Support?

    @airtelindia thank you for your service since almost 15 years. But its time to port now because of bad service. Because of your Esim Process I have suffered a lot, I have left with no option beside porting my whole family numbers as Esim is necessary in Iphone

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am yet to get broadband connection installation,even after paying for 3 months in advance. Sales team promised me installation within 48 hours but its been more than that.. i need the setup done soon because of work from home. Pls support
