@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have noticed that whenever we have power issue in our area, your airtel network signal get lost as well... We I can conclude this that you do not have required power backup for your airtel tower in my area as per @TRAI regulation.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It is 5:45 PM and no one has called/ come yet to resolve the problems. It has really been a tough and torturous journey with Airtel Broadband connection. Not a rocket science to understand why the Telecom market is dominated by one MAJOR player.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Recently i was porting my airtel sim to jio due to some reasons. All procss was done. Then i a receive a callfrom +91 9867019159 saying we r from jio you have to send an sms "CANCEL + mobile number" to 1900, then only your porting will be completed.

And i did that , to my surprise Porting was cancelled. They scammed me they we from airtel. Now my Question is does @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence uses this type of technique to get back the customer. I m trying to raise a complaint but nothing is happening.

@JioCare enough of it. Thousand times call on 198, thousand times lodged complain against slow network issue. But no solution. Now I'm porting to Airtel within 2days. Yes @airtelindia could be slightly costlier. But you know what sometimes quality matters. Good bye !
