@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have noticed that whenever we have power issue in our area, your airtel network signal get lost as well... We I can conclude this that you do not have required power backup for your airtel tower in my area as per @TRAI regulation.

In spite of repeated complaints about network issues, Airtel Mumbai has failed to resolve my issue being their postpaid customer. Every time a ticket is opened and then after a few days, tickets are closed with no resolution. #Airtel @airtelindia

I paid ₹4000/- on dated 2nd April 2023 to get the airtel Fiber internet connection. Then I cancelled this request due to bad service in my area. I haven't received my refund amount yet. Shared statement snaps. But no response. @airtelindia

@airtelindia Your guys keep on dumping old wires in front of my house. Now a 20 meter wire is lying from 2 weeks hanging with your box. If someone will clear it then your box will come down and your 10 customers will lose data services for days. What do you want kindly decide!
