    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel Wifi has been down since 23 May after engineers came to resolve a issue I was facing and promised only a 3-hour outage. Its been almost 72 hours now, and I have no Wifi. I’m being told to wait till 28 May for further help. Poor service!

    @airtelindia Sourav, I appreciate your early response but I am running of patience. I have subscribed Airtel IPTV only 8 months back & till now this is the 3rd time I am facing the problem with your service. I don't understand how come this company can be so inefficient.

    @aprbsty @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Exactly, it’s just a fancy label to justify higher bills. Same ‘priority’ network that drops indoors and crawls during peak hours. Airtel needs to fix actual coverage instead of selling premium tags.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you network & WIFI seems to have frequent problems. i have an outage atleast twice in a month that means your availability is less than 95%. why are your services discounted. @narendramodi ji suggesting WFH & your network availability is impacting

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence After 4 days still no response from either their wifi service or their customer care . So after taking my booking money they don't care about their customers. Kindly cancel my wifi and refund my money .I'm done with your service.

    .@airtelindia answer the country one simple question. A prepaid customer who has paid you upfront for 25 years, who never defaulted, who never owed you a single rupee, is now being told his data will move slower than a postpaid user on the same network he helped build. Why? What did loyalty ever do to deserve the slow lane? You did not invent a new technology. You simply throttled the old one for your most disciplined customers and sold the throttling as a feature. The prepaid base did not become weaker overnight. The network did not change overnight. The only thing that changed is your willingness to discriminate openly between citizens based on their billing cycle. This is not premium service. This is betrayal billed as innovation, and the country deserves a clear explanation, not a marketing campaign. .@Dot_India @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare Your service support executive and technician both are good for nothing. Rather than attending the complaint they are just rescheduling appointments. I guess now I have to shift to @airtelindia
