    @TRAI @airtelindia Dear TRAI, please look into the issue. There has been numerous complaints but @airtelindia has never provided with any solution to the issue. I have got many call from network team from past one and a half year but to no use. 1/n

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My SIM is not working. I got on a call with the customer service team. I am told I have to go to the Airtel store and get a duplicate sim. Really? Why can’t it be sent by courier to me? It’s ridiculous to ask customers to visit stores in these times
