@TRAI @airtelindia Dear TRAI, please look into the issue. There has been numerous complaints but @airtelindia has never provided with any solution to the issue. I have got many call from network team from past one and a half year but to no use. 1/n

@amazonIN your round off logic to pay Airtel broadband bill is incorrect. Ex my bill is 588.45 then you only shows 588 to pay and do not even allow customer to modify. Due to this I had faced problem when @airtelindia disconnected my connection for not paying 0.45 on time!

My personal prepaid Vodafone number automatically converted to postpaid instead of being recharged done for post 1 year . Zero customer support fraud service . Better use Airtel @ViVodaidea @airtelindia . My money wasted no customer support till now .
