    @TRAI @airtelindia Dear TRAI, please look into the issue. There has been numerous complaints but @airtelindia has never provided with any solution to the issue. I have got many call from network team from past one and a half year but to no use. 1/n

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, I am tired of your scams. I’ve been trying to cancel my Wi-Fi for 3 months. There is no "cancel" button in your app! ​Your staff is rude, they hang up on me, and they close my tickets without helping. I’m not paying for this stress anymore.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia wrost service ever seen by this ******* company. And when trying to connect customer care they won't listen anything, they will just restart the modem. Still nothing happened. The problem remains as same. I kindly request airtel to go to hell.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence tell the world what is the procedure to disconnect wifi mesh? BECAUSE YOU DON’T EVEN HAVE ONE, AND YOU DON’T KNOW HOW TO DISCONNECT IT, your team is just going on a loop!! So Stupid of you and shame on you people.

    I have screenshots and usage evidence available. If this is not resolved quickly, I will escalate the matter through the Airtel nodal process and telecom consumer grievance channels. Please treat this as a priority service complaint. 4/4 @airtelindia this is a formal escalation.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence A ticket was raised for no network being received in post paid SIM. Spoke to customer care and visited airtel store. No action till date. Ticket Closed without action. No response from you despite multiple posts. Is this incompetence or arrogance?

    @JioCare It’s been 4 days and you people from Jio are still just giving excuses and lectures. If you can’t handle the service properly, then shut down your business and tell people to switch to Airtel instead. You people don’t respect customers at all. @airtelindia u r better ?
