Raised complaints via email 3 days ago — emails not going through/delayed, not my fault. Already disconnected & kept hardware ready for pickup. Need this fixed — refund + account closure confirmed in writing. Don't mislead customers and make false promises to sell your services. A/C 10101033112402 (AirtelOne) Timeline: - Apr 28, 2026: Raised disconnection request, paid in full. - Rep assured no billing while inactive, reactivate anytime. - Jun 3, 2026: Called to reactivate. First quoted Rs.1645 (vs my original Rs.1300 plan), I declined and asked for permanent disconnection. - Rep called back and confirmed reactivation at Rs.1300. I agreed based on this. - Instead I was billed ~Rs.570 within 10 days, then another Rs.1645. - Emails sent 3 days ago about this are not going through/delayed. - Service already disconnected on my end 3 days ago. Hardware ready for pickup.

If users are not going to get charged, msg text must have been different.
